good location , good facilities, very clean bathroom facilities good food on site

noisy neighbours on campsite , keeping me awake some nights until 3am glad I had a two man tent so I could use spare duvet and extra pillow otherwise I would have been very cold

facilities were great, Showers were excellent.

Wider bed and a warmer duvet. Perhaps more toilets and odour spray. Electric bikes or scooters for hire.

Really kind staff that went out of our way to make it comfortable and they kept it so clean! They were such a great team, and it felt like they really loved being there.

the set up was nice

the fact I didn't know the time to check out so tried calling them twice with no answer, then arrived back to the accommodation as we stayed at our friends only to get told we were receiving a late check out fee of £50 , when I said I had tried calling the office with no answer the guy agreed to wave the fee and return my £100 deposit I paid on arrival if we got a move on. when leaving we went to the office and the lady behind the counter said she would get the guy then 20 mins later said we would receive the money in the bank in a weeks time which hasn't happened. also my friend thought he had left his phone in the tent but when we went to check was challenged abruptly and told we had to leave, very nice service on arrival but absolutely tragic when leaving. we left the place absolutely mint , paid for 3 people for 2 nights ended up only staying 1 night with just 2 people I thought they would be more understanding since we had tried to call twice that very morning. Also took videos of the tent and how we left it to prove everything was in order.
