the house is well furnished as well equipped. a short walk to the promenade and into the town centre. the host is very welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. the tea,coffe and milk were a great touch

there was nothing to not like

Only there for a weekend but everything was perfect. Thanks for the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc and even though we didn’t need them, both bathrooms were fully stocked with shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. The location of the property was great being a short walk from beaches, shops and restaurants of which there are many and will definitely be back if only to eat in a few more! Another point to note is that the property is in a col-de-sac so no through traffic. Lovely and quiet.

a lovely 3 bedroom house in a cul de sac about 10 minutes stroll to Viking beach and within short walking distance of all the shops, pubs and restaurants. the cul de sac location means no through traffic and makes it very quiet at night. the house is a decent size with a large well equipped kitchen with a dining table. the bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage. thoughtfully decorated throughout with plenty of local interest. Gina was excellent with her communication and there were no issues with gaining access and she gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. the safe off street parking is also a big bonus. we really enjoyed our stay here.

the upstairs bathroom is probably due some modernisation to blend in with the rest of the house, but it is clean and functional. the downstairs shower is excellent anyhow, so no biggie.

We've just returned from a lovely weekend in Broadstairs staying in Shorley Wall. The house is in the perfect location for wandering around Broadstairs. The house was immaculately clean and welcoming. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Gina the host was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

A well equipped comfortable property a short walk from the town centre, we had a lovely stay.

Ease of access and parking. Very clean. Quality bedding. Host made is very welcome and even allowed us in early whilst making sure the house was warm and cozy. Also liked the welcome pack.

This is by no way a criticism but there is a small step just at the side of the entrance. We knew it was there but my elderly mum still managed to fall over. No harm done but it can catch you out if not careful. Just need to be aware.

Good communication from Gina, location is just a couple of minutes walk to sea front and town centre. Very modern and clean holiday let. It has everything you need and a decent TV with sky Q. Very comfortable sofas and beds.

The location is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. It is a five to ten minute walk to the beach, pubs and shops. A lovely, clean and bright house with 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you would need with a door onto a patio with a table and chairs. (That's as well as a dining table in the kitchen.) Thank you Gina.

Beautifully clean and well maintained property in excellent location. Gina has thought of everything from spare adaptors for foreign visitors to throws for the sofas on those chilly nights. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and the garden was an absolute sun trap for that late afternoon cuppa or early evening glass of wine!

The location was perfect just a short walk to the town or beach house was simple and practical it was important for us to be in easy walking distance as I took my mum and dad who are both getting on in years

I can not think of anything we did not like

Before we even arrived, Gina was happy to do everything she could to make our stay a great one. For instance, she allowed us to park outside the house before the check-in time, as we were going to arrive early and wanted to check out the beach. The house was spotless and lovely and warm on our arrival. The sitting room was comfy and welcoming and the bedrooms were all decorated to a high standard, with smart colour schemes. The beds were fabulously comfy, with crisp, clean bedding. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the utensils etc needed for a family of five, and Gina had left us some biscuits, a range of teas and coffees and a pint of milk. We couldn't have wanted for more. Added to this, I left an item in a bedroom and Gina is going to post it to me. Thank you, Gina

The house was extremely clean and lovely and tidy. The owner was very helpful and friendly and the house was in a perfect location with everything we needed. Very happy stay! X

The house could do with a clock somewhere upstairs. Is it usual practice to have to take all bedding and sheets off the beds before leaving? We only realised 5 mins before leaving that this was one of the things we were asked to do when checking out….have never experienced this before and unfortunately didn’t have time to do so. We had already made the beds and tried to leave rooms how we found them on arrival.

Perfect location, incredibly clean and very spacious. Hosts were in contact checking we were happy, letting us know when we could enter the property and there was loads of information about the running of the house and things to do in Broadstairs waiting for us as well as a little hamper of some essentials. We had no issues at all staying here but I got the impression that if I needed anything they would respond immediately. The property is beautifully decorated and really felt like a home from home. Highly recommend 🌟
