La camera è venduta con balcone ma quest'ultimo non può essere chiamato come tale. Soprattutto per il panorama.

Ha estat una estada molt curta perq sols vam fer una nit. Ens haguerem quedat mes dies sense cap dubte. Comoditat, neteja, situacio a prop de tot i al costat d l'estacio d'autobusos per anar a l'aeroport.
El personal molt amable ens va explicar tots els serveis q oferten a la estancia. La veritat q ens va sorprende una zona q ells anomenen green zone q tens les 24 hores del dia servei de bar i de frivolitats gratis. Recomanable al 100%

Lo que más valoramos positivamente es la atención de los empleados del hotel, la comodidad de la habitación, la zona green es todo un acierto y los servicios de piscina y spa. En general, nos vamos muy contentos.
El ascensor un poco antiguo y faltaría algo más de variedad en el buffet, aunque los productos que hay son muy buenos.

Staff multilingua accogliente e sempre disponibile, struttura curata e pulita, camera ampia, ampia scelta di cuscini, presente in camera cassaforte, ottimo impianto di condizionamento e frigobar.
Colazione varia, sia dolce che salata, presenza di piatti preparati sul momento ed era presente anche latte vegetale, per accontentare tutti. Possibilità di avere un breakfast box, fuori orario, se si deve uscire dall'hotel prima dell' apertura della sala colazione.
Ottimo il servizio The Green, un self service con cibo e bevande costantemente rifornito (dalle 15 fino al mattino successivo). Presente anche un dispenser di acqua per riempire le proprie borracce termiche.
Spa con piscina, idromassaggio, bagno turco e sauna, tutto piccolino ma ben fruibile. Presente anche un solarium sul tetto.
Non abbiamo provato la palestra.
Complessivamente, un'ottima esperienza.

Por comentar alguna cosa, el hotel no tiene parking, si bien está rodeado de zonas de aparcamiento de pago.

La zona con bebida y comida gratis que se habilitaba a partir de las 15:00 y el spa del que dispone el hotel.
Por decir algo, las almohadas para mis cervicales eran duras y tuve que dormir sin ellas y eso que había dos, pero no es algo que le vaya a ocurrir a los demás, mi pareja durmió de cine con una de ellas.

ARTIEM Capri is an absolute gem! It has everything you need, when and where you need it. The location is perfect as it is 2 minutes away from the main bus station, and as well 5 minutes away from city center (a bit farer from the port, but if you have a scooter it is perfect!). Breakfast is amazing, bedrooms have everything you need, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, cream. Staff is super helpful, and they even lent us a beach umbrella for all our stay. Honesty bar and free water, beers, coca cola, juices and snacks for the whole stay. Absolutely loved staying there (we stayed for 12 nights). Little SPA has sauna, steam bath, hydro-massage, solarium, little pool and little gym.
Just a bit the smell of the room as our was facing the kitchen - perhaps some diffusers may help. Although, totally bearable.

I liked everything especially all of the amenities the food drink whenever you wanted a break. Lovely.

Like the location. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice. Hotel was clean and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The cover over pool had been removed and pool was very cold.

Fabulous modern hotel with a pool (indoor) on the rood and sun terrace. The room was medium size with a super bathroom (the biggest shower head ever seen!) We had very comfortable beds and a little balcony with nice chairs. The hotel reception staff were efficient and very friendly and we loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the pleasant lounge area. Lots of tourist info on hand and a short walk to local sites. Good breakfast in a sunny room.
Only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until 9am so no chance for a pre-breakfast swim!

Just wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were amazing. Room was excellent - very comfy bed, choice of pillows, great shower etc etc. But the open bar / food from 3pm - basically like an executive lounge - with additional honesty bar - just made it and great value for money.
If I was being picky - parking isn't easy and the gym is very small - but honestly these really did not effect my trip - this place really is a 9-10/10.

you couldn't have a bottle of water on the roof terrace. would have liked to have spent more time on the roof terrace, however we always like to drink and snack as we relax!

Great for the bus station, we nipped around the island by bus.
