There is not one thing I could possibly complain about! From the moment we arrived until we departed we were treated great by staff at front desk, Jacky Bar, the pool (the guys there were great!), the restaurant and the spa! The location was great, the room was great....the staff helped with baggage to and from the port. I would return in a heartbeat to this location!

Enfin le niveau de service qui est digne d'un palace. Le staff à l'acceuil, au réstaurant et dans les chambres a fait du sans faute. La suite "signature" est magnifique.

Everything. The staff is amazing, the accomodation, amenities, location. We got an upgrade, so we were lucky! We are used to stay in luxury hotels, but this is one of the best. ❤️Undoubtedly the best hotel in Capri!!

The location was excellent. I also loved the interior of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. We also got upgraded our rooms to sea view which was magnificent.

Terrible breakfast. Everyday it’s the the same. Always in a hurry to clear the table!

The check in process was easy, thorough and friendly, with luggage ported from the dock and funicular passes received. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are stylish and suited to couples. Staff were very attentive.
The spa area was closed early. The steamroom was out of service. Having dinner on-site was not our favourite, there is much better value for money in the nearby neighbourhood. There were many kids in the pool area, and the pool shown repetitively in advertisement photos is in a private suite, thus not accessible.
