El personal de recepción es muy decepcionante. La habitación pequeña, fría, mal ventilada. Al llegar preguntamos para poder cenar en el restaurante y nos dijeron que sin reserva no sirven cena.

Good location to partecipate in Spartan Race. Staff was very kind especially last night when we all dined in with some friends. Rooms very good, some bigger. Parking available

So friendly & helpful. Nice, clean room, safe underground parking at location. We arrived an hour early and intended to go for a walk until we could check in. The manager said our room was ready so we could go straight to the room (which was clean, quiet & spacious). Breakfast was included but was from 8-10am and we needed to leave at 6:30am. Again, no problem. The manager said he’d get the night Porter to sort us some breakfast. We were grateful & expected a take away type affair but were amazed to find the whole buffet breakfast choice laid out for us!! It was really tasty too. To say we felt valued was an understatement. I’m just sorry we couldn’t stay longer but will bring the whole family next time for a longer stay. Thank you so much!

We liked hotel very much, very clean, comfortable and nice room, free bus stop for Funicamp was near the hotel , dinner was very tasty. Window roller shutters in the room are very good idea for hotel
Insulation of the room was not very good, so we could hear our neighbors and car noise, but it didn't affect our sleep.

Lovely and warm hotel with a good breakfast spread and amenities such as storage for luggage and skis.

The location is very convenient and easy to find. There is a garage (still a limited amount of lots).
Very small room with an additional bed which we did not ask. This bed was a barrier to opening the balcony door, and we had to move it each time. The room was not in the hotel actually but in the connected apartment block. Thus, we shared the entrance from the corridor with another room, door to door, revealing soundproofing challenges. The internet access is free of charge but slow (on Speedtest 3/5 Mbts) which is not for remote work definitely. In the evening, all the parking lots were jam-packed, and we found paid parking (~8 Euro) in 5 min walk. The breakfast is okayish, it might be qualified as with not too much rich choice for refined travellers :)

Nothing major - the bed was too soft and it’s a tad noisy…just personal preference! Can’t complain for the price.

Breakfast was good and supply of food did not run out. The staff cleared and made the tables ready right away for other guest/s to use. Time though was just from 8 to 10 am only and everybody had to leave the dinning hall by 10 am.
The rooms were kind of hot during the summer because there was no airconditioning. A fan would have been nice to circulate the air and cool down the room in place of an aircon. That's the only down side to our stay at Montecarlo.

Very well placed if you going for skiing holidays. Andorra la Vella only 9 min drive.
Staff super helpful and avaliable at all times, food fresh and tasty. Rooms clean, beds comfortable enough to have a good night sleep after all day of skiing, , extra pillows in the wardrobe 😉

Very good location. Free parking. Excellent bathroom. Abundant breakfast.
When we arrived there were kids playing soccer inside the parking garage, who refused to stop running around the place and even hit the car with a ball. After pointing out to the woman at the reception how dangerous this was for the children, she called someone to mock us for the complaint (thinking we could not hear her inside the back office). In addition, we were given a tiny and dated room with a double bed, even though we had specifically requested two twin beds. Lastly, we were kicked out of breakfast because we had “overstayed” (pointing out that “half and hour is the maximum time allowed to have breakfast).

Good quality for the money spent.
Good for a short stay when in transit in Andorra.
I could see the staff struggle to keep everything at a high quality with the existent means.
Many thanks to the Portuguese guy from the reception for his willingness to help us with the packing spot on the midnightvof 26th of June.
PS: we love Portugal too, been visited it last year in September and wish to come back-good wine, nice people and delicious food and Fado music 😉.
The cleanliness of the room was not the best, as there were some hairs here and there on the bathroom floor.
The parking is too small for the number of guests/rooms booked.It's a little bit awkward to say that you have enough parking spots but in the end to ask guests to park on the streets and pay extra, maybe a parking reservation system should be put in place.
Bad insonorisation, you can hear barely everything through the walls.
