There were clean rooms, towels, etc

They didn't warn us that we could only pay in cash. The staff does not speak English so communication was difficult. Breakfast is poor. I do not recommend it.

I could use a parking spot close to the place. The breakfast was very good and more than I'd expected. The room was very clean and quiet to stay overnight.

The pension has a great location directly in the city center! But what we loved the most was the terrace! We were a group of friends and booked three rooms. Little did we know we will get a shared terrace which was huge and with an amazing view! Definitely the highlight of our stay. Breakfast is for additional 8 euros. Not so many choices but that means zero waste!

The owners prefer if you pay for your stay with cash. This is not really a problem but I can imagine some people may not be happy about it if they don't have this information before their holiday begins.

Nice environment, quiet and comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and willing to provide assistance during my stay. The rooms have balconies where you can relax, view your surroundings and also see other tourists.

Nothing really

Centrally located in Pottenstein. Quiet and reasonably clean room. Very efficient and powerful heating, which made it easy to get a nice, warm temperature in the room. Internet worked well in the room itself (but not at all in the restaurant on the ground floor). Friendly staff. The breakfast was great value for the additional money (5€)! It was rich and e.g. boiled eggs, ham, cheese and fresh fruits were served. On the Sunday there was even an option to have scrambled or fried eggs. The host continuously re-filled the dishes during the breakfast time.

Furniture and equipment in the room worked perfectly well, but it was evident that the last renovation did not happen recently. The bathroom was on the small side.
