The place is a tip not fit for purpose dirty smells beds like those on camping side this should not be called a hote is poor dirty hostel and was expensive not fit for purpose not worth the price

Location was good for us, as we were travelling and didn't want to go off route.The downside was that it was very noisy with traffic. The receptionist was friendly.

Room size was tiny - bed was very small for a double, and the bedding was very antiquated - one blanket and sheet - no duvet. The shower room was small and although the actual shower was ok, it was in need of a re-vamp. As was the whole room!

Careful of bunk, i hit my head 3 tines getting in and out of bed.

Premiere Class is my favorite budget chain in France. They basically look all the same (cheap comfortable rooms with free parking) but this is definately not the best one.

The building looks old and in bad condition with paint chipping off the walls. The shampoo/shower gel in my bathroom was empty and the shower drain was stuck.

When we arrived the room smelled of tobacco, although it was a non smoking hotel. Also the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and that was not nice. The sheets had markings that looked like bedbugs stains but I didn't found any on the bed. The door also didn't lock very well and that gave me a very unsafe feeling that cause me not to rest properly.

Rooms were not very clean. Took 20 minutes to check-in. Tried to charge me again when I’d prepaid. Very noisy late at night (after midnight) and again early morning (5am). I knew there wasn’t aircon being a budget priced hotel but I’d gladly have paid extra to stay elsewhere. Approach to room very discouraging with peeling paint and what looked like vomit on the floor near the door to my room.

At 3 am nobody in reception and machine outside to get the room keys out of order,called number provided no answer

Small rooms, noisy, hot. Wifi does not work. There is some problem with water pressure in bathroom. Almost impossible to take a shower.

Convenient location for an overnight stay. comfortable bed. cheap breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate.

Immigrants everywhere, daughter felt uncumfortable... Clostraphobic room, smelly, mould in shower, cigarette burns on sink and bedding... Nobody to complain to after 9.30pm so left!!! Pour standards

Room was clean and what we expected but generally the exterior was very scruffy with old worn matting and paint peeling off everywhere. Would have like the option of croissants at breakfast but baguette was nice and fresh and coffee was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

stank of wet dog no staff in evening - automatic check in took some working out miles from anything (and taxis and ubers are rare and expensive. would only recommend to drivers with a dog)

Staff spoke perfect English and very friendly and helpful and informative.

It said secure parking but anyone could access the car park. We had a full car coming from the U.K to our home in Spain and wanted a more secure car park but nevertheless plenty of parking space for everyone

The staff were teriffic

It was way past its sell by date. The problem was that I had stayed at their hotel in Chartres on my way out. That is a super, economy hotel. The problem is that it is everything that this one is not.

Helpfulness of the staff

Ventilation of the room, window too insecure to leave open when sleeping!
