Ideal stop for a late-night arrival in Sarajevo. The property was very accommodating of a late check-in, and the young lady at reception in the morning was very friendly. Comfortable bed, quiet considering its location on the busy Ferhadija street, and the view from the room and the terraced cafe is fantastic.

great view and location. But the room was dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed/mopped. Hair and debris on floor. half drunk bottle on balcony… Staff and guests talking noise at reception affects some rooms.

Hotel is in very good location, city center and we could reach everything by foot. Amazing view from rooms and restaurant. Spacious rooms and there is a kettle with gratis coffes and teas in each room. A big plus. Also cafe bar has a terrace so we were sitting outside and enjoying in the view. Breakfast was good, fresh meals and coffee were served. Staff very helpful.

Awesome view. I’ve started to wake up earlier just to see it. The toilet also has french windows. Very hospitable stuff at the reception. Will definitely return here next time. Good internet connection. Excellent location.

No alcohol at the bar. But anyway there are plenty of places around the corner.

It was not a double bed, but two uncomfartable single beds united. Cockroaches in room and in toilet, broken furniture, staff did not have any map of city:(

Comfortable, staff is great, go for mornings in restaurant above it's relaxing and you will have great point of view.

I ordered room with queen size bed, as it was option, but I got two beds.

Smještaj je bio sasvim dobar, pogled zaista ostavlja bez daha, ljubazno osoblje. Vodi se računa o čistoći objekta što je bitno. Cijena također sasvim okej.

Sve pohvale, osoblje ljubazno, čistoća na nivou, lijep interijer, pogled divan. Centar grada i sve znamenitosti su veoma blizu.

wifi was out most of the time; electric key didn’t work, so staff brought a regular key, can feel springs in the bed, remote control missing from the TV

the location was good.

the staff and the value of money. it’s not worth it of the services hotel is providing.

What a disappointment this place turned out to be. First of all I didn’t get the room I paid for as apperently previous guest got very sick and had to stay longer. I ended up in a cheaper room, and they didn’t even think to mention a compensation. The room I stayed in was ok, nice view, BUT…. Internet was non existant. Tv channels were so burry that were unwatchable. For such expensive place one would hope to have soap or shampoo in the bathroom, but no! Towels were so old and ripped - they were falling apart. French windows, from the ceiling to the floor, didn’t have any fence or rail, so one could just plunge 12 stories down if not carefull. There were blood stains on the sheet, and many spiders and spider webs around. Bathroom walls were filthy with grease!! I was really looking forward to stay here, but it turned out to be an utter fail. Best thing here was the view and the location.
