The rooms were in good condition, all slightly different, and had refrigerators, coffee makers, and a few glasses, plates, and silverware available which often isn't the case in local German hotels. The location was also on the fringes of the town center and castle, and it was quite easy to get around the town on foot and visit everything in town.

The breakfast was expensive relative to what was offered. I didn't order it, and after taking a look at it was glad I hadn't, it didn't look bad, but had a small selection and was self-service.

The room was very large and roomy! The room met my needs

They turned off the Heat at night! It made it uncomfortable unti it was turned back on in the morning. The breakfast for a 4 star hotel could have been better! The eggs were over cooked and dry. And there was Little fresh fruit available!

The short distance from city center, free parking, spacious room.

Bad wifi connection, in fact it didn't work.

Clean room. Huge room. Top breakfast.

Employees cold as stone. Sorry guys smile little bit to the customers. We are leaving money to you. Friendliness cost nothing.
