きれいで、空港横という立地も良くとても満足しました。久しぶり入ったサウナも満足度Upです。(温度は低かったですが) 朝食もポイント高めです

Location briliant. Staff Excellent. We landed late at night and caught an early morning flight to Cusco. The free welcome drink of Pisco sour is highly recommended as a nightcap :-)

Location was perfect for our flight the next morning. We requested and were given two connecting rooms for our family of four. As a tip, if you are trying to find one room for more than 3 people on this site and receive results showing nothing available it is because you need two rooms. Water bottles were in the room for use. Water is not drinkable for Americans. Breakfast was good with hot food items and a large selection.

Check in was crazy slow. Arriving late at night with lots of other travelers also wanting to check in and having to wait 30 minutes to get to our room was not pleasant. The photocopying of passports seems to be the big hold up. Had no such problems at the three other hotels we stayed at in Peru; would expect Lima to have better check in capabilities than rural Peru.

深夜に到着したため、とても便利でした。浴槽もあり室内は清潔で期待以上でした。 翌日のんびりしすぎてクスコ行きフライトを逃しましたが、お願いしたところ、２時間ほど元の部屋を使っていいとの配慮をいただき本当に助かりました。朝食は種類も多くおいしかったです。

２階では空港直結だが、１階の到着ロビーからはいったん外に出て道路を渡るので、意外に入り口がわかりづらかった。

It's literally a short walk across the street and there's a sky bridge that goes straight into the airport. Beds were clean and comfortable. Instead of having complimentary water in the rooms, they give you a one time free drink card that you can choose between water, lemonade (really good), or a pisco sour. 24 hour concierge for luggage or tourism arrangements.

There was no hot water due to maintenance issues and the staff informed us before paying. But for ~$200, you'd expect hot water at 11 p.m. after arriving from a flight. I was here on 2 occasions within a week, and the breakfast selection at 4:30 am was barely anything like only cereal, bread, and juice. But at 8:30 am there were plenty of hot food options like an omlette station, chicharron, baked goods, etc. Wish there was more continuity again for the price.

Right at the airport (although obviously very noisy because of that). Breakfast starts early.

I will tolerate some noise in an airport hotel since the location is obviously going to be busy, but *no hot water*??? We arrived 40 minutes before the 2 pm check in time and were waiting in the lobby for the entire 40 minutes (and, for the record, weren't offered the drink tickets for water from the bar or the wifi password while we waited), so there was ample time to inform us of the problem. No, they waited until after we had checked in and paid for the room and gone upstairs (no one helping us with our bags) to call us on the phone to tell us that the hot water wasn't working but they were working on it. 5 hours later, the claimed it would be fixed in an hour. 2 hours after that, we were told "another few hours." We'd just gotten back from the Amazon, covered in sweat and sunscreen and insect repellant, but we had to go to bed without a hot shower. And the hot water still wasn't working the next morning, so we complained at checkout only to be told, "Oh, but we told you before check in and we offered to cancel the reservation for you." Um, no, they didn't. We asked to speak with the manager only to be told that the manager wasn't in but would get back to us. Never happened. No hot water? Yes, that's a problem, but dishonest staff? Avoid.
