Las albercas las estaban limpiando a las 8 am, cuando el horario de servicio era desde las 7 am

En general el hotel es bonito espacioso con áreas de alberca increíble hay 3 albercas y un jacuzzi súper placentero

Los pasillos del hotel tienen alfombra y huelen un poco a humedad

Del hotel me gustó todo

Que permitan que las niñas y niños usen el jacussi

No son eco friendly porque desperdician mucha agua. Deberían invertir en reducir el gasto de la misma y más ahora con la escasez. Estuve en el tercer piso y para que el agua de la regadera salga caliente tienes que dejar abierta por más de 5 minutos las llaves del lavabo y la regadera y eso que nos enviaron al técnico de su hotel. Su sistema debería de mejorar. Inviértanle .

El agua de la regadera difícil de mezclar, la TV se veía azul y me ofrecieron algo que no cumplieron, pero eso no afectó mi estancia

La cama es muy cómoda, excelente ambiente en la habitación para el descanso. El bufet es delicioso. Instalaciones muy limpias. Sin duda, regresamos!

Observamos un sillón en el bar, deteriorado, se veía viejo, rompia con la excelente imagen del hotel. El personal del valet parking, quizás debe estar más atento a recoger el auto de los huéspedes.

We liked the sea view of the port.

We didn't like the room at all because it smelled of sewage since the moment we arrived. We reported it immediately and were told there were no other rooms available. The smell was insupportable, and we smelled it all night long. Disgusting! On the second night water started to run through the ceiling, and we had to put towels because it was a steady flow, not drips. The personnel were polite and could see there were problems, but nothing was resolved. Even the glass in the door to the balcony was held together with grey sticky tape. The room should never have been rented. It was totally substandard. A very disappointing experience of a hotel we'd already stayed at 2 times before. The hotel did give us a 50% refund, but it wasn't enough. The room wasn't worth $1000 mexican pesos a night, never mind $6,000. It was really minimum customer service.

Service was great. The breakfast buffet was great. Everyone so nice and kind. Housekeeping clean the room even when we were leaving that same day, that was super nice!!!

We traveled with my mother who is 90 years old and the bathroom in the room has a bathtub and didn't have a handle to hold yourself. I should have informed the hotel and get a special type of room, but usually hotel rooms have a shower or at least a handle.

Location and View are exceptional, if you want to look out over the port then this is the place to be

Bar and poolside service was terrible. We were a group of 8 people and on every occasion we sat down we had to go after 15 minutes to find a member of staff to serve us. They were cheerful and friendly but they really didn't want to serve any drinks or food if they could avoid it. We ended up visiting the nearby Fiesta Americana hotel when we wanted gin tonics or a bottle of wine in the evenings or afternoon as the Empporio had such shockingly slow service.

I did not eat at the resturant. Location was great and very safe.

The only thing I wish that they would give coffee for coffee maker everyday. We stayed 3 days, we had to pay for another coffee pack to have coffee the 2 day

Comfortable bed, good view, lovely outdoor pool, central location

Constant squealing noise outside from roof of local business, food is overpriced, they leave the air conditioning and lights on after cleaning which is an insane waste of energy, they charged me USD$45 for a call within Mexico! Generally overpriced, even at discounted rate.

Perhaps because we extended our stay, we ended up in a room with a far lovelier view than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel every day, but on the occasions we chose the breakfast buffet we thought it was extremely good.

A shame the cevicheria was not operating during our stay. It seemed it would be opening up for the World Cup.

Location is good every thing is walking distance

Staff is rude the only way they going to help you is if you are dressing good or if you show up in a nice car but if you show up with a backpack and a taxi and wearing shorts and t shirt expect no help
