Staff della reception maleducato ed impreparato. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto per due cose e anziché aiutarci ci hanno riso in faccia e alla fine ci siamo arrangiati da soli. Nessuno parla inglese. Camere abbastanza grandi ma sporche e mal tenute. Box doccia con muffa nella parte bassa, e non si chiudeva bene, quindi ogni doccia bagno allagato. I prodotti da bagno totalmente insufficienti anche solo per poter fare la doccia da solo, figurarsi in 2. E non li mettevano neanche tutti i giorni. Moquette della camera vecchia e sporca. Sia in bagno che in camera mancanza di appendini anche solo per gli acougamani

It was a good looking property, with a classic design and great location.

The staff did not process my breakfast for one morning request so when I went for breakfast in the morning it was not registered and was a big deal to sort out and wasted a lot of time. This was even though the breakfast for one morning was on my check in document. It just wasn’t put onto my account (room card). This was inconvenient and unpleasant. The woman at the restaurant really handled it well but the guys at the front desk was not apologetic at all. He had a bad attitude even though it was clearly indicated on my check in sheet.

Rooms are small and smelly. Stayed for 6 nights and got a room facing the inside court, thus couldn’t open the window blinds at ALL!!! Whereas locals get a nice view even if staying for one night!!!! Doors closing very loud and rest of the customers don’t care if they will wake you up or not in the middle of the night

Location was best of the best. Very close to mentro station. Many supermarkets and foods around the hootel. Breakfast was stunning. Liked everything.

Все прошло отлично, персонал очень вежливый, услужливый, всегда помогут, отличное расположение отеля, рядом метро. Единственный минус- персонал на ресепшен не всегда понимает английский, но это не было большой проблемой, нам предлагали воспользоваться переводчиком. Отдельное спасибо хотим сказать работнику Jason Pan, очень милый молодой человек, профессионально выполняет свою работу, несколько раз помог вызвать нам такси.

Helpful staff, very good breakfast (for 128 yuan per person)

Hotel is located far from the city center. There is a metro line right by the hotel but getting to the major attractions takes around 30 mins, and you have to chance at least once. The railway station by the hotel is NOT the station for the speed trains. No laundry machine at the hotel (only service for an extra charge) The room was small.

all was good ! We were greeted, checked in, and the service staff is always happy to help you☺️👍😍 the hotel is clean and comfortable, there is a metro station nearby and there is a train station in front of the hotel.

Amplasat chiar lângă una dintre gările principale din Beijing (atenție, nu e cea de la care se iau trenurile de mare viteză spre Shanghai) și lângă o stație importantă de metrou (lucru extrem de important având în vedere distanțele din Beijing), hotelul arată foarte bine, serviciile bune, iar personalul foarte amabil. Am luat și micul dejun contra unui cost suplimentar - bun și foarte diversificat - totuși având în vedere prețul mâncării în oraș, nu e neaparat cea mai bună opțiune decât dacă depinzi de orele matinale, ca să îl ai la botul calului, la hotel.

Кондиционер вообще не дул холодным воздухом. У нас был 804 , окна выходили на улицу и с утра, уже с 7 утра наверно, солнце нагревало номер и в номере было очень душно! Крючков для больших полотенец в ванне не было! Где сушить полотенца не понятно!

家庭套房非常的乾淨新穎，有二房一廳二衛，我們5人都住得非常舒適！早餐也很好吃，每天都有些小變化，食物用料品質也很好，粥品醬菜很驚豔！員工表現都很得體，尤其大堂潘子童先生熱情有禮貌，讓人備感親切！飯店地點方便，出口右方有蘭州拉麵，麵，烤串，炒飯好吃不貴，左後方有中糧廣場有星巴克及一些高檔餐廳，往飯店左方走，是一些當地的小販店，有早餐，雜貨店，蔬果，很接地氣，旁邊也有地鐵站，我真是太滿意了！推薦！

家庭套房是可以使用行政酒廊的，但櫃檯人員告知整修中，有些失望，因為booking.com並沒有更新資料，而提供了錯誤資訊

我们定的宽敞的套房，干净舒适，设施齐全。酒店位置位于火车站旁边，乘坐火车极其方便，旁边有地铁，不过不是每个方向都有电梯和升降梯。酒店前台耐心热情，还善解人意地帮我们把很多行李送到火车站安检前，两个小伙子累得满身大汗，实在感谢，带两个孩子出门不方便，多亏前台人员帮忙。房间清洁阿姨热情周到，回复及时。早餐品种丰富，干净卫生。李南霞女士的服务太棒了，帮我们不到一岁的宝宝每天早上让厨房帮我们准备鸡蛋糕，满足我们的种种带小宝宝出行的特殊需求。再来北京，还会选择这里。

婴儿床坏了，用透明胶粘的接口处，有隐患。厕所堵了一次，但是维修及时，清理的干净。

Rooms are a little old but clean

Staff were helpful. We arrive before 10am. Despite check-in time being 2pm, staff took the initiative to arrange for early check-in even before we requested. Throughout the stay, front counter were helpful and housekeeping staff were cheerful and greeted us cheerfully every morning. Hotel was clean.

Proximity to metro was very helpful. Other than that, not much other things to do within walking distance from hotel. But it was not major issue since metro was just outside the hotel.

O hotel é excelente. Quarto confortável, banheiro bom. Funcionários prestativos. No geral tudo limpo. O hotel deixa no quarto 2 garrafas de água todos os dias. O café da manhã é servido em um grande e lindo salão. Localização excelente. O que eu descrevo abaixo como não gostei, é contornavel. Mesmo assim vale à pena

No banheiro não tem onde dependurar as toalhas. Nenhum gancho. O café da manhã é excelente para Asiático, pois tem uma variedades de comida. Fora a comida Asiático o café da manhã passa para bom. Este café não está incluso na diária, é pago à parte.

The location is super central, can get to and from the airport with ease. The staff are super nice and will try their best to help you. For example, I wanted a specific type of meal with ingredients but that was not available in the menu, after a few translator assisted messages, the chef understood and prepared it for me.

Albergo indubbiamente bello nelle aree comuni, con ambienti molto spaziosi, illuminati e puliti. Si percepisce la "serietà" e la "classe". La posizione è fuori dal centro (come la maggior parte dei posti a Pechino, quasi impossibile essere attaccati ad attrazioni come la città proibita!), ma è vicinissimo (neanche 1 minuti a piedi) alla fermata della metro e alla stazione dei treni, dunque comodissimo per gli spostamenti. Per quanto riguarda la camera il letto era comodissimo. Più membri dello staff parlano benissimo inglese (meglio di noi turisti occidentali). Colazione meravigliosa, in un ampio cortile interno al quinto piano, offre una vastissima scelta tra cucina occidentale e orientale dal dolce al salato (noodle in brodo, riso e noodle saltati, carne e verdura, uova, croissant, biscotti, pane fresco, frutta, yogurt e topping, ecc..). Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottima, considerando che oltretutto ho pagato una camera doppia da viaggiatore singolo, quindi in 2 il prezzo sarebbe stato ancora inferiore!

Per quanto riguarda l'albergo in sè non ho niente di negativo da riportare, l'unica cosa è che le camere sono belle, ma oggettivamente datate, con moquette e forniture vecchie, andrebbe rinnovato/sistemato un po' Ora veniamo al dunque: come è stato gestita la mia permanenza e come sono stata trattata. Ci sono stati 2 episodi che mi hanno lasciato perplessa, il primo lo lascio da parte perchè potrebbe essere stata un'incomprensione anche da parte mia. Veniamo al dunque: rientro alle 21 in hotel (HOTEL SMOKE-FREE) e in camera c'è una puzza di sigaretta FORTISSIMA. Scendo subito in reception e chiedo se è possibile che qualcuno sia entrato in camera mia e abbia fumato (nella mia camera era presente un terrazzino però non accessibile da me chiuso a chiave). La ragazza alla reception che per fortuna parla inglese, senza dire niente mi chiede il numero della camera e me ne assegna un'altra. Senza un aiuto da parte dello staff, sposto io le mie cose dalla vecchia camera alla nuova e me penso che non è corretto che non mi siano neanche state fatte delle scuse o date spiegazioni. Riporto in reception le chiavi della vecchia camera e trovo un ragazzo che parla inglese. Gli spiego del mio risentimento, che non è corretto che io decida di pagare di più per avere un'esperienza più bella e che mi capiti una cosa del genere senza neanche ricevere scuse ma solo un cambio camera. Lui inizia a cercare giustificazioni per esempio che la colpa fosse del precedente ospite (ma avevo fatto il check-in al mattino e non c'era puzza) o che l'odore fosse vicino la camera e non dentro e in ultimo che l'aria condizionata è comune tra le camere. Durante la discussione un suo collaboratore nel frattempo si intromette nel discorso con lui parlando in cinese, guardandomi e ridendo e questa cosa è stata veramente fastidiosa. Il tutto si è risolto con il ragazzo che per lo meno ha deciso di aggiungermi la colazione per la mattina dopo.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche du métro et de la gare principale de Pékin, à 2/3 stations de métro de la place tiananmen, de la cité interdite et du temple du ciel Personnel très serviable, en particulier M Zhang, à l'accueil, qui nous a permis de faire les réservations pour les sites touristiques (très compliqué pour les étrangers ne parlant pas le chinois!) Très bon petit déjeuner (choix entre continental et asiatique)
