Spa bath and bed

Lack of space internally, lack of external space, no grounds to motel, whole building squashed onto rectangular site. No separate table inside unit, very little crockery and cutlery. Lack of small utensils, no scissors, no small kitchen knife. Lights were very poor, especially in bathroom. No light over kitchen sink.

Constant smell of take-out food in the corridors

Good spot with ample undercover parking, short walk to pubs and eateries.

It can be handy to have a bar and restaurant in a hotel and this didn't, but I knew that when I booked it.

There was an unpleasant smell at reception, I think it was the mat on which I was standing. Then again we could smell it in the bathrooms. We had 2 rooms.

Convenient for the ferry

The room had no aircon and was hot. The fan only worked for a set period of time. Although the windows opened the room was so close to roads that the vehicle noise was too much to sleep. The room although clean was dated and could do with a bit of updating

very comfortable bed and warm room

I've visisted this place long time ago but I returned back to it because of quiet area and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful espcialy we came late and everything was sort it out. Many shops are around, malls, super markets, cafes, restaurants and other things.

there’s no outdoor areas. good for an overnight, but for longer stays, could need some more spaces to consider.

Location nice and central to easily get to everything. Bed comfortable, great shower.

We missed the turn and went around the next block, the sign wasn't lit both sides so drove past.

Great location for purpose of our trip. We'll equipped and clean room. Kids enjoyed the spa bath.
