The room was very nice, clean with a warm atmosphere. Everything you need for a good (italian) breakfast was available in the kitchen.

Location is excellent for downtown Benevento. Facility was exceptionally clean, the property owners were helpful and kind, and overall it was a quiet and comfortable stay. they even had a luggage lift for our bags!

Space, location and parking literally 1 meter from the property door. Also hosts were super-friendly, despite full dependence on translator apps. Coffee, water and cereal very nice to have, thanks for those!

Floor needs a good wash, our bare footsoles (2 adults and 2 kids) were black all the time. Old food in freezer. I saw that my full credit card number was written to paper-based bookkeeping in the office, not ideal. This is probably a Booking.com issue, why is it available to hosts unencrypted ahead of the stay? You can also hear neighbours very well but luckily noise ended by 10pm.

A very nice and clean accommodation with a friendly host. The city center is reached in 5 minutes walking. Parking in the street. A good adress for an overnight stop between Rome and the south.

The street does not look attracting, but the accomodation from the inside is great!
