Nice hotel near to Bodrum city just walking distance to Akkan beach.

Hotel room cleaning should be improved, the cleaners are very young boys in their early twenties and they need to be fully trained for cleaning.

The staff were lovely and friendly from we arrived and left 3 weeks later. The food was beautiful and fresh and our room was a great size and kept spotless. We had no complaints at all loved it. We plan to go back in October for 2 weeks. Thanks

The location was fairly quiet but well placed for going and exploring the city and rest of Bodrum.

Be careful with this property, we were looking forward to a nice week in Bodrum at a property classed as a 5 star hotel. We believe the hotel was more in a state of moth ball than fully open, and this should be clearly articulated. The pools were both closed, sun loungers not available, th bars were closed, the restaurant closed at lunch and dinner. (Whilst they have informed Booking.com there was a technical issue updating their listing on the website, the hotel needs to be more proactive in warning guests at services being unavailable). The hygiene was not great and certain practises need to be modified to avoid illness, such as dirty fruit and vegetables, emptying crumb and catch trays for food back into the food such as cereal and scrambled eggs. Likewise, a number of days at breakfast the coffee and juice machines not working/ran out. It is important that the basics are provided. The rooms were looking tired, and the cleaning even when the light for making up the room were left on. I recognise that enquiring at the reception they would request for cleaning to be done the following day, nonetheless it is not great. This might be why there seems to be a lot of construction works some days it was going on to very late at night, and in our room the noise reached 74 decibels for quite a long time, construction debris was often left for a number of days, like rubble outside our room for 4 days and the carpets still dusty after that. Most upsetting was that one day my partner's clothes were taken from the room, whilst white it is thought the cleaner accidentally took the clothes mistaking it with white linen and towels. Nonetheless, the clothes were never recovered. The reception staff tried to help with saying they'd check the with the laundry and ask the cleaner. However, not once was an apology given and the staff were more defensive than compassionate.

Good room size and nice breakfast with lot of things specially different types of olives and honey.

The staff was very friendly and also the meals was good enough for all inclusive Booker...it is quiet good hotel in the central place. And its not loud. The rooms are very nice. Buffet was good and they had different meals things to eat.

The room was not cleaned. It was dust every where and also the bathroom and Wc. The buffet wasnt take yourself for the guests. So there is s.o. who gives the meal to you, because of covid. So everytime you say give me this and this . It say in booking that i can use hamam but the hamam cleaning and massage i paid extra.

Wifi very bad don’t count on it. Food it’s 5/10 but enough. Bathroom no shampoo only shower gel At the end beside the wifi only small stuffs but for ( Quality/ Price) very good

Our stay in this resort was disappointing for the following reasons and more: - The first room had electrical issues so the electricity would go suddenly without reason. - We relocated to another room. After 2 hours we noticed the AC is too small and not even working. The temperature outside was 35C. - We relocated to a 3rd room at midnight, again the AC was too small for the room and barely enough to cool it down. I asked for an extra fan, they told me there isn't. - The all inclusive concept is just a bait. You have to pay for the spa, pay for your drinks, pay for everything other than food. Even the turkish hammam, they say it's free, well it's not in reality. - The mini bar in the rooms is empty (which 5 stars hotel doesn't fill the minibar???) - The room cleaning service is intrusive, I press the do not disturb button, they still go inside the room to put 2 sachets of Nescafe, and don't even clean the room. - I asked for tissue papers, 3 times, never got any. - I killed 2 massive spiders in my room although I never opened the window from the heat outside, these were resident spiders. In addition to spiders, ants were invading the room. - The food in the food court is disappointing, most of the time the food is mushy and I had leave most of the food as it was inedible. - I took a SPA appointment with my wife, one at 3pm and one at 4pm (because there is only one masseuse), they call me at 2pm and they say they need to postpone our 4pm appointment to accommodate another client.... how professional is that??? - The food court staff are rude and to avoid serving you they pretend they dont understand English, for example: "1 diet pepsi with ice please", he puts the cup below the fanta and gives me a look 🤨. Diet pepsi, how difficult is that??? In summary, we chose this resort because of it's 5 stars rating and its proximity to the beach but we paid the price, this hotel should be rated 3 stars at max. Avoid it at any cost.
