Bang Po is beautifully located. The bungalows are set out on the beach, you're never more than 10 seconds away from the turquoise water!! There's a good European restaurant two minutes walk on the beach and a traditional Thai restaurant on the main road. The bungalows are wood and bamboo and raised on stilts, mine had an outdoor kitchen as part of my balcony which was lovely. The trees and shrubs are well maintained outside and it has the feeling of being amongst nature, although it is set back from a very busy road so can be noisy during rush hours. The facilities were good but my only criticism is that they need a good paint inside to look fresher and cleaner. There are two beach dogs, Jessie and Speedy and they are beautiful and friendly. They hang around and if you feed them will adopt you for your stay🥰

If you want luxury then it's not the place for you. The price doesn't reflect the standard of the bungalow but the location makes up for it, cannot fault the location at all 10/10.

We stayed at the bungalow right by the beach! Sleeping through the night to the sound of waves. amazing! Decent outdoor kitchenette equipped with all the basics and the staff very efficient in providing extra items when needed. The bungalow was decorated with some painted coconuts and the front porch had privacy from the beach with the palm trees in front. Absolute best place I've stayed at of all my little beach holidays.

The mice and rats in the kitchen, the tiny ants everywhere. The layers of dust from eye level upward.

The family run place was beautiful and the family could not have done more to welcome and help us enjoy our stay. We would have loved to stay longer- but other islands beckoned.

It was in a beautiful area along a very secluded part of the beach, but that made it a bit difficult to access amenities. The family drove us to wherever we wanted to go however.

Authentic Thai accommodation, no frills, old but beautiful. Very clean, quiet beach, friendly welcoming hosts. I booked for 6 nights and after the first night I paid to stay another 7 nights. Need I say more!!

The sea not really suitable for swimming due to the rocky reef but was still enough to enjoy.
