Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Spacious and comfortable suite. Beautiful gardens to relax in.

not much..staffs were polite though

poorly built for the purpose. could not close the door without slamming it which easily offend next room guest. ( need to change the lock system). walls and ceilings so thin you can’t hardly talk with your partner.

We loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location was centrally located but on a quiet street. We could easily find free street parking for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was made to order, which we appreciated due to our food restrictions. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

some very noisy group that arrived at night, probably Americans but they did quiet down as soon as I complained , so no problem!

The location whilst quiet was a bit out of the way and the sidewalk was elevated and narrow with a drop off. Lots of traffic and hard to.cross the street. It's the nature of a busy city built on hills but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. I was fine but had to be careful especially at night. No fault of the hotel which I would recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. Immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and the place is really well run. Great location, close to the centre, but quiet at night. Great garden to sit in and tasty breakfast on site. Our best hotel in 6 weeks of travelling in Mexico and a great price. We stayed a week!

Great place to stay, the staff are very nice here, everything is spotlessly clean, they are working really amazing with that. it’s great service overall and friendly. Situated on a very quiet street and the courtyard garden is beautiful and peaceful.

Darling little boutique hotel in a convenient area of town. Staff were really accommodating, since I had messed up on my booking dates. They were able to put me in a lovely little room with tons of atmosphere right on the garden. The shower was amazing – plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Parking was on the street but right outside the door, and the front desk staff could watch it via the security camera

it was rainy and a bit chilly when I visited in early September, and the tile floors were cold under foot. I don’t think it would feel very comfortable in the middle of winter, and I didn’t see any way to heat the room. But there was an extra blanket, which I didn’t need, so at least you’d sleep warm.

The photos in here make the rooms look really nice and to be honest, the room we stayed at wasn't that nice or big. At least it was clean and the bed was comfy. My mom arrived a couple of hours later than me and even when she gave the staff my name, they wouldn't let her in, she had to call me and I had to go down to the lobby. I had let the guy know when I arrived that she would arrive later and he told me that just giving my name was enough. It felt rude.

Quiet, comfortable and charming setting. We were grateful for breakfast being included.

Everything was ideal. Very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.

Wifi wasn't good. It would have been nice to be able to have access to it on the terrace.

drinking water was offered, good wifi, pretty garden in the center of the hotel, nice to have breakfast option in the hotel for early morning, hotel was very quiet during the night for sleeping

Wonderful staff. I like that it's so close to everything, but on a block with less traffic than the main streets, so it's quieter. Great bed, once I declined a couple of others. The mattresses vary from room to room. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Safe-water dispensers on each floor, so you can fill your own room pitcher and water bottles. Good breakfast available on site. I have stayed several places in Xalapa and this was by far the best I could find anywhere in this price range.

The mattress and the smaller size the first room I had, but they cheerfully moved me to a room the next day which had a mattress that was a better fit for my back and a little more room for me to spread out and sort all my travel stuff..

The staff were all terrific and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. When the bed was too hard for me, the next morning they moved me to another room with a better, softer bed. If you're noise sensitive, get one of the rooms that faces on the beautiful courtyard. It was great, though all the rooms are pretty quiet for a busy city. I looked at several places in Xalapa and this is the best for this modest price, for sure. Good breakfast and coffee in their cafe. And good showers with plenty of hot water.

Some of the beds are hard like wood. But I found a good one in a different room. There's no focused light to read by in bed or at the desk.

Nice location in the centre of town but on a quiet location. Atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was tastefull.

Bed is a bit hard and the pillows not fluffy enough.
