it was nice, secluded, easy to see the night sky. the perfect area to see the northern lights. I wish it wasn’t cloudy while we were there

Comfy beds, cosy house, clean facilities and an excellent hot tub! Stunning location and got to see some northern lights. Great way to spend a birthday.

We really loved the view on surrounding landscape and of course we really enjoyed hot tub. Bed was also super comfy 😊

Excellent location, cozy stylish accommodation - whole cottage that can fit more than 6 persons. Breathtaking surroundings and the biggest benefit - hot tub. Surely coming back, hopefully on February.

That it was a big, cosy house in the middle of nowhere, with a lot of space for 5-6 people. Old wooden floors, big kitchen with nice equippment, very big and comfortable beds. Hot tub on the porch, although the water in it didn't get as hot as we wanted, despite following instructions written by the owners. Additional advantage- the place is easy to find.

Rusty shower with weak water pressure. The rest of the bathroom was OK.

A large, spacious 3 bed cottage all on its own in a pleasant location. We used the property for a one night stop off but can see how this could be used by a family asa base for a much longer stay. It has everything you need. Good cooking facilities and range of utensils, all the crockery and cutlery you need, spacious lounge with large TV, a hot tub on the terrace (close to the cottage), comfy beds and all in a great setting.

The shower could do with having more pressure.

It was amazing! If we had known how nice it was and how delicious the barn shop food was we would have planned to stay an extra night. Unfortunately we had to leave early in the morning due to our plans but would've loved to thank the host in person. After camping the whole trip a warm cottage was fantastic. Great view, great ice cream, and lots of animals.

Host was great. She had everything ready. Farm was beautiful. Nice to walk around.

Towels were hard. Kitchen pans need updating.

The location is so quiet, you sleep so peacefully, no sounds. In the middle of nowhere, wish we stayed longer.

Liked the warm welcome and chilled attitude of the owner.

We especially like a hot tub , a view from cottage over the valley and the ice cream from farm creamery

the house is big, there are 3 bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. the kitchen is well equipped and there is a grill outside. there is also a hot tub.

the hot water is from natural source and has a sulfur smell

The whole cabin has this classic Icelandic summerhouse feel to it. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and a cozy hot tub outside. Great playground by the farm for the kids, and animals to look at as well. To bad we only stayed one night, could easily spend a few days here with a lot to explore in the surrounding area.
