The checkout process was unclear. We messaged for instructions and did not hear back so eventually made a decision about what to do and sent a message. We did not receive a response to that message either.

Buena relación calidad/precio. Camas cómodas, la ducha con buena presión y temperatura del agua. Buena ubicación en una calle tranquila. El parking no está justo en el apartamento (5-10 min andando) pero es una buena plaza y merece la pena.

Apartamento acogedor y muy bonito. Toda comodidad en un espacio suficiente. Situación del piso formidable.

Por poner una pega, la televisión era un poco antigua.

Piso reformado en estilo muy agradable y en el centro de Ronda. No utilizamos la cocina pero de haberlo hecho hubieramos necesitado aceite. Se agradeceria que se facilitaran algunas infusiones.

La limpieza del suelo podría ser algo mejor, había algún que otro pelo,pero bueno en general todo limpio. Canales televisión desordenados. Detalles sin demasiada importancia

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the main shopping street with many restaurants and cafes. Also walking distance from all the sights of interest in Rhonda. The apartment was well heated and windows double glazed. Super comfortable chairs and beds, even the sofa bed was very comfortable. Bedding and towels were luxurious, kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed. Great shower.

Nothing, it was perfect

This a great spacious apartment in the heart of the shopping district. It's also very close to the old town. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by.

For such a large modern apartment, the washing machine could comfortably fit inside but it's out on the terrace so not great if it pours with rain as it did while we were there. Also, it's pretty archaic and small.

Apartamento muy luminoso y bien situado, muy nuevo y cómodo. Buenas ventanas para el ruido. Buenas sábanas y toallas.

Nos gustó todo en general. Aunque las almohadas un poco duras (pero eso va en gustos). Como sugerencia, pondría alguna de otro tipo para elegir.

El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, todo super nuevo y muy cómodo. Ubicación perfecta y muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Por decir algo, que en la reserva nos ponía 1 cama doble grande y el dormitorio tenia 2 camitas estrechitas.

Nice and quiet as away from main area of restaurants. Easy walking distance to all the tourist sites, shops and eateries. Very helpful staff easily contactable. Room well equipped for a self cater stay.

Room was not stocked with dishwasher or laundry soap so had to ask for it.

Situation proche du centre ville mais cependant dans un rue calme. Appartement bien équipé, au milieu de notre séjour en Andalousie, nous avons pu profiter d’une machine à laver le linge.

Chaises hautes désagréables pour manger.

If neighbours use the kitchen you get noise from their ventilator inside your room - we reported it - the other neighbour stopped using the ventilator so the noise went away

We had a great experience at La Bola suites. The tastefully furnished apartment with stylish decor, all the necessary equipment, and two modern bathrooms, including one in the master bedroom, have exceeded our expectations. Iria is very kind, helpful, also helped with suggestions about the sites. Communication in English is easy and fluent. The garage is well worth 12 eur. It's 5 minutes away on foot, underground, new. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The lady in the reception was really nice and helpful. The room was really spacious, and it smelled really nice.

The plants need some love.

It was disappointing. I didn’t really like anything about it.

The description said that the apartment had a good location, instead it was located in a very narrow and dirty street. We had to park on the sidewalk to unload our luggage blocking half of the street, which made the whole arrival/departure process very stressful. The parking lot is far away going up a hill, getting in and out was a pain. The apartment was uncomfortable, difficult to move around. The shower didn’t have a curtain, so we were worried about water getting all over the place. As only form of window covering, the apartment had some exterior blinds that were very hard to close. We managed to close them that night, but were not able to open them again the next day. We reported the malfunctioning blind to the cleaning lady. After we had left, we got a message from the apartment complex saying that we had to pay to have someone come to open the blinds again. They charged €30 to our credit card. They alleged we had broken the blinds, but the blind were already broken when we got there. The whole stay was a bad experience.

This properties location is amazing. Excellent walking distance to everything central Ronda. Everything in the property worked well.

I felt that the apartment was missing some items. Drain plug for kitchen sink, bit light on pots and cooking utensils for something that had such a big kitchen. However this was a small issue given how good the apartment was.

We choose it for the central location but the the apartment exceeded our expectations. We had so much floor space for our family of four. Comfortable beds and all we could need. Aircon was perfect at keeping the whole apartment at a comfortable temp (we caught the heatwave!). Also an upstairs private terrace which was a surprise. Small supermarket across the road with a well priced locals bar next door. Our fave churreria around the corner.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is amazing and there is private parking available near the accomodation.
