El apartamento tenía dos ambientes (dormitorio con lavabo y sala de estar con cocina) y todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia prolongada (cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora,...). La conexión a internet era buena, lo que permitía trabajar en condiciones. La ubicación, excepcional, a unos 5 minutos a pie del Alcázar y 8 minutos de la Plaza Mayor (donde está la catedral). Opcionalmente, se puede contratar parking en la misma finca, lo cual es muy cómodo.

La verdad es que no se me ocurre nada que no nos gustara...

Beautiful apartment very close to the centre of Segovia. Tea, coffee, sugar and water were provided and even some sweets and chocolates, it was a very nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed and when we had a problem with the internet it was fixed immediately. We were given advice on where to eat and places of interest. All in all a perfect stay and Esther looked after us very well. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.

Great location! Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Parking was included as well. The host was onsite and very helpful and friendly. We also had a lovely place to sit outside.

Spacious

A bit hard to find. Needs a small sign or plaque.

The location is very good, quite central. The apartment was very clean and I like the style and how it’s decorated.

1) Communication problem the lady speaks only Spanish and it was hard to communicate. Even when they told something in Spanish slowly I didn’t understand :) 2) Kitchen doesn’t have essentials like salt, sugar, oil for cooking. Without it it’s useless.

The location was absolutely spectacular -- we could see the towers of the Alcazar from our window! The patio was lovely to sit in at dusk, although a little cool to stay outside for the evening in midApril. Although the hostess did not speak English, my Spanish was enough to (usually) manage all our conversations. She is a really lovely person I am glad I got to meet!

We had trouble locating the entry despite GPS. My Spanish was not quite good enough to understand the phonecall conversation, but (happily) a policeman passed by, took over the call, and guided us to the correct door. At the entry to the flat itself, the steps were high enough to be a little daunting for me (I use a cane) but it worked out fine.

Excellent location for historic Segovia and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities.

Stairs down to bedrooms were fine for us but might not suit all travelers. WiFi was a bit sometimey.

The location was excellent and it was a very short walk to the Alcazar and to the Plaza Mayor. The apartment was very spacious, charmingly decorated and had very good amenities. The host was outstanding and extremely helpful and thoughtful. On check in, she provided a very thorough tour of the apartment, with all necessary information about the appliances. The beds were extremely comfortable.
