Excellent stay cannot fault anything ......perfect hosts, location and one of the best views ever from our room. If in Saltzburg it is the place to stay

A beautiful property situated on a hill with view on Salzburg. Very cosy and neat, and indeed romantik.

The house is amazing. It’s so clean and warm. The host is so kind and makes you feel welcomed. Very cozy atmosphere. It was our second time here and we will definitely return.

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional & I cannot recommend the place enough. Caroline & her husband were fabulous, friendly & very helpful hosts. Caroline was always available - to give advise on how to reach her place, where all to go, which routes to take, and even helped us plan our next year's Austria road trip complete with a full map & itinerary : ) The room was very comfortable & the view from the windows were gorgeous - the kinds you would love to wake up to. Both the room & the bathroom have have been thoughtfully done up with attention to tiny details regarding all little things you may need during the course of your stay. Well lit with a little work desk, lots of space, plenty of towels, coffee machine, tons of coffee cups, etc. Breakfast was delicious & freshly made with a good amount of options. Infact Caroline's home made croissants which had just come out of the oven when we sat for breakfast were nothing short of divine! :)

It's a short ride away from the centre - while we loved the fact that we managed to avoid the hustle & bustle of downtown & had fabulous country views, but that also meant not much was within a walking distance of 0.5-1 Km & some mode of transportation is required. Buses & taxis were very easily available to travel to & fro from the center though.

The location is beautiful. The friendly, pleasant and helpful host and hostess could not do enough for you. It is immaculately clean. The breakfast offered plenty of choice.

It was such an amazing experience. The room was the kind that you don't want to leave really. Beautiful room with every little detail of the room design and comfort thought of. Space, lots of light, great view from the balcony, plenty of towels in a very nice bathroom, super super comfortable bed, coffee machine, the whole space and arrangement is making you feel at home! We loved it there! Our dog was with us and was very warmly welcomed as well! Breakfast was delicious and had everything super fresh and delicious. The parking at the property was for free and we were not charged for our dog's stay. Also we got all the super useful advice from the lovely hosts on the city, destinations to visit and parkings. Our choice of the stay was not planned in advance, we simply used the opportunity - but thanked for it every minute. Worth coming to stay even if not for Salzburg's sightseeing, but just to stay to rest or have a romantic getaway. Highly highly highly recommended! We would love to come back again!

We loved everything!

Charming couple managing a charming place. Greeted very warmly and informed all about the area. Room was immaculate. 5 min drive to a parking just outside the (pedestrian) entrance to Salzburg. Breakfast was delicious.

The hosts were very kind and helpful and the room was lovely. We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast in the morning was also a fantastic inclusion. Definitely recommend!

No complaints. It was a little bit outside of the city, but the buses were very convenient so this wasn't an issue for us.

The stay was amazing.

Breakfast was super tasty and served in a very cozy and warm room with tables spaced out nicely. Wide selection of breakfast foods - juices, coffees, teas, lots of different breads / spreads / cakes, cheeses, veggies, fruit, yoghurts, müsli, jams, meat, eggs, etc. The room was nice and kept warm during cold season. Super comfy beds, very clean bathroom with lots of fluffy towels. Super hospitable hosts too!

The place is extremely charming, well decorated in traditional Austrian style and comfortable. The owners are a very nice and hospitable couple. The room is spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking Salzburg and boasts a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast is delicious. I can´t wait to go back.

Honestly, I can´t think of anything bad about the place.

Our city view room was huge, nice, clean, quiet, with extremely comfortable bed and great rain shower, big balcony and amazing city view. Great breakfast buffet. Location is just 5 minutes by car to the city center. Owners are very friendly.

That we had to leave.

It was my 2nd visit to this lovely place. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is a very nice, old style place. All the details are very well taken care by the hosts. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The place is definitely for those who prefer to avoid huge crowds in big chain hotels.

We like everything about the property. It’s immaculate. It’s also very elegant and beautifully decorated. The host was so kind and welcoming that we decided to stay a few more days here. You can get easily to city center by bus or also by car. When we’ll come back to Salzburg we’ll stay here for sure. I really recommend this property.

We loved the house and our big room. The surroundings are beautiful, and the family and their dog are sweet. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace overlooking the garden. We would love to go back.

Everything was beautiful! We had a large room with great views and an awesome breakfast. Very friendly staff, and the area is great, quiet and relaxed. Plenty of parking spaces for everyone. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a huge, beautiful room with a large balcony and a masonry heater. It was charming, quaint, unique and very comfortable. I appreciated how accommodating the hostess was, as we brought a dog with us and he was made welcome. The breakfast was plentiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Parking is free.

The property is in an area that might be tricky to reach if you have a large vehicle. Also, it’s not close to the center, although that was a positive for us.
