Nothing really
On check in they manually charged my visa card then refused give key. They said must pay more. Then the let me wait neatly 2 hours not give receipt and lied that they refund my bank said charged.. even the advertised pool was closed.

Central location in Jitra, many options for eateries within walking distance, friendly staff. Value for the price paid.

The room was ok and cheap
it was near the cemetery. Dirty, the blanket still got stain. It was noisy at night. The receptionist did not smile and greet customer. The hotel is currently undergoing mantainance so it was drilling sound as early as 9:00am where most of the customers was still sleeping.
