Very clean and comfortable room with good bed! Good and healtht breakfast and the owner was really helpfull and nice.

This place is perfect with beautifully decorated comfortable bedrooms , home baked treats and a wonderful host - Anne makes time to talk to her guest and helps with travel advice and anything else you need to know about. In fact we are going to have to revisit, as we underestimated the time it would take to see everything, and you can be sure when we do we will be staying here again :0)

The garden of the property has a lake and sandy beach literally through the garden gate.
The house was impeccably clean, gorgeous view of the lake from the room balcony, surrounded by nature and very peaceful.
Anne & Pierre treated me like family, very generous and kind.
Supermarket, bakery and some restaurants walking distance from the property. Restaurants have limited opening times out of season (I visited in Sept) so be aware of this should you visit at this time.
Excellent escape from busy city life.

Our rooms were very clean modern and very comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There is a lot of unspoilt places to visit in this region as well as a number of tourist attractions.

What a find this was, Anne is the perfect hostess. The welcome, with homemade cake, was excellent as was the breakfast which included homemade rhubarb crumble. The room and ensuite were clean and spacious with beautiful views across the lake. Would we stay again, without a doubt!

Anne is a great host, she introduces the guests to each other at the breakfast table. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and comfy. We will come back

We had a beautiful 2 night stay at Les Eaux qui Rient. Breakfast was delicious and Anne was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend a visit here.

Beautiful spot by the lake. Very pretty and comfortable bedroom with very good breakfast.
Anne looked after us very well, we had all that we needed.

The B&B is beautifully situated at the lake. Rooms with a balcony and lake view. Very nicely decorated and a warm welcome by Anne. She prepared a lovely breakfast with homebaking every morning and gave us good advice about restaurants and activities.
Very hygienic , with extra care because of Covid. We felt very save and well taken care of.

Very warm welcome from Anne, lovely breakfast with personal touches. A beautiful lakeside location, just a few steps from the beach round the quiet side of the étang de Cazaux et Sanguinet. It would definitely be worth taking a room with a view over the lake.
Very comfortable bed (we had linen sheets!) and great bathroom. Would love to come back sometime.
The room we had (garden view) was on the small side so perhaps ask for a bigger room if making a longer stay.
