We has a lovely stay. The view from the property was beautiful. Having a buggy was incredibly convenient. The two pools were great, the top pool being especially good for young children with the swim beach.

The bathrooms and kitchen were incredibly clean but the floors weren't fantastic. We would strongly suggest the owners consider changing the jute rugs as they were shedding and leaving a fine layer of fibre all over the house. The pillows in the bedrooms were really flat, which we understand can be personal preference.

This apartment had a buggy included and the connections were seamless for both pick-up/depature. The location was a short golf buggy ride to the marina & one tree hill. The apartment was exceptional! fantastic view - modern kitchen w/ BBQ also thrown in.

Hard to fault the experience! There are a number of stairs within the apartment - was quite a challenge with a 1 year old walking around.

tired decor which needs modernising, bathrooms need updating, old pillows and bedding filled clothes cupboards, bed mattresses need replacing, dirty and cheap outdoor furniture, buggy on its last legs with split upholstery and unreliable battery.

wonderful view, very clean and well appointed. Two pools to use, one with a fantastic infinity edge.

the walk to the available pool on-site. had a little girl which made it very difficult. wasn’t heated, which was also difficult for the time of year.

Location and view were excellent.

Cheap beds, high pillows. Blind chains broken and not fixed during the 6 days of our stay. Oven door doesn’t close properly. Noisy impact from neighbouring rooms. Would have preferred a door between the bathroom and bedroom.

It was an incredible place to stay! the views were amazing and everything was super tidy!

More towels needed, a fair bit of dust under and at the back of the bed heads.

Location was fabulous with big balcony to watch sunset. Lovely outdoor table and BBQ. Big apartment with great facilities. We had a golf buggy included for duration of stay and this was great. Hamilton Island is expensive but we mostly ate in the apartment. Supermarket also expensive. Nice pool area but a lot of steps. Good laundry facilities.

The location and view was great and getting our golf cart straight from the airport was great too!

The oven in this apartment did not close properly which meant it was hard to cook, the Webber outside also did not work.

Unable to lock balcony door and screen door off lounge room, as no latches. Master bed had unstable slats, which was not very comfortable.

Weren't provided adequate linen for 6 Shower was broken however shorelines staff said no plumber was on site to fix it Sofa bed was broken and couldn't sleep 2 A blow up euro bed was provided as compensation from shorelines staff however it had a puncture and deflated so 2 had to sleep on the couch which was disappointing given the price paid. No response receieved when messaged which was disappointing
