Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Location convenient near the train station.

This is a regular Ibis located very near the train station and a short walk to the historic centre of lovely Trani. The rooms are very standard and the beds reasonably comfortable. I did like the fact mine was equipped with a big TV! The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a wide variety of different things to try. The staff were polite and attentive and overall I thought this place was decent value for money.

The washbasin plug in the sink didn't open very well and this made getting rid of any water a bit of pain, apart from that the room seemed fine.

The staff was very polite and pleasant, the room was big and clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok as well.

The hotel is located between the railway and a busy street, so it might get noisy (although it was pretty quiet at night). The AC inside the room was making noise as well.

Really small bathroom - didn’t smell great and it had a very tired looking shower cubicle. Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy - we’d no choice but to switch it off despite the heat otherwise we would have had no sleep.

Value for money. Location.

In general the hotel, and specifically room, bathroom and common areas, were not at the standard we expected from a Ibis Styles.

Good staff. Good car parking.

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Room a little bit cramped.
