Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and beach front views. My suite was large and spacious. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with the payed menu. Free menu was ok. Kids ate some of the food.

Beds were not comfortable. Pillows and comforters were not the best.

Nice and clean hotel right in front of the beach. I liked the restaurant inside that provides a menu or your free option breakfast. Service was great and room was clean and our junior suite was large.

Location was good. Security. Staff friendly. Breakfast and steakhouse was very good. Room clean and sheets smelling fresh. Snacks available in free at small fee.

Loud music until 12AM at adjacent property. No hot water but water wasn’t very cold to shower, it was fair.

Beachfront views were fantastic. Taco stands nearby were great. Not too close to the tourist area. The staff was super friendly.

Check in was delayed really late. Live music at the open air bar next door on Friday night made it hard for kids to sleep. The pool was emptied for maintenance until near checkout. The restaurant was extremely slow at dinner service.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi are too small, cold, and in a very windy area. The waitress in the restaurant was very nice, but not knowledgeable about the food they serve.

The breakfast was good. The staff was great.

First I was there to visit my daughter, the guard at the parking gate panhandled money from her for coffee. Then the girl at the front desk told me she was not allowed to accompany me to my room. Needless to say this was upsetting and forced us to change our plans. Then I couldn't figure out how to work the AC unit and the hot water in the shower doesn't work properly.
