Cette maison de deux chambres confortablement meublée de deux étages est située à quelques pas des magasins Batehaven où vous trouverez plusieurs cafés et restaurants, un supermarché, une pharmacie, une boulangerie, une boucherie, une épicerie, une épicerie, un magasin de fruits de mer, un spa de jour, marchand de journaux et centre médical.
La maison est à seulement deux minutes à pied des rives paisibles de Caseys Beach, la plage est accessible via une allée dans le complexe.
La propriété dispose de deux chambres à l'étage, la chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a deux lits simples, également à l'étage est la salle de bains et un salon avec un salon (canapé-lit) et une TV / DVD. Il y a un balcon de la chambre principale qui est le meilleur endroit pour se détendre et profiter de la belle vue.
En bas de la cuisine, salon et salle à manger et une buanderie et WC.
A l'extérieur, une petite cour à proximité de la piscine et le barbecue commun.
Il y a une petite collection de jouets ainsi que d'un lit portable et chaise haute.
Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.
Le linge est fourni à l'exception des serviettes de plage / piscine.

A security camera was installed inside the property. Nothing else matters, in this case. This was an invasion of my privacy, and the privacy of my 2 young children. The host subsequently contacted me to let me know it was for the purpose of monitoring the cleaner, not the guests. Well, by default it breaches the privacy of both parties. Stayz has suspended the listing but refuses to compensate its guests. Stayz suggests I try and seek compensation from the hosts directly! The people who breached my privacy in the first place! Stayz also pays lip service to valuing its paying guests. It only cares about its future business. Terrible stay all round, thanks Stayz!

Plenty of options to seat outside to enjoy the beach and sunrise. Inside the house is very comfortable and felt like home. Having the extra toilet downstairs is very handy for a group of 4-5 people.

This very comfortable, well equipped and very secure property offers a master bedroom with a full ocean view to capture the sunrise...glorious way to start the day. Batehaven beach itself is a non-event but there are good ones five.minutes away. And for eating out, Corrigans a kilometre away is really good. Highly recommended.

This awesome property was perfectly located close to the beach, shops, playgrounds and cafes. It was comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Waking up and watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed was also pretty magical!

Great water view. Not so close that the ocean sound was an issue getting to sleep. The pool at the complex was great for an afternoon dip with the kids.

Quiet and relaxing with ocean view
Wonderful place to stay in a great location! The patio and balcony both have ocean views in a comfortable setting, and falling asleep to the sound of the surf was the icing on the cake. Well equipped and spacious, very clean, with prompt and helpful communication from the owner. Just what the doctor ordered! Would stay here again... thanks Amanda!

The Townhouse was lovely, everything was well provided in the kitchen. Pool was fantastic and also very close to the beach. Only issue was that the BBQ was not clean from previous visitors. We tried to clean it, but in the end we didn't end up using it.

Weekend at Bella Vista Batehaven
A very relaxing stay. Good facilities and comfortable bed and lounge. The view is the winning feature, along with the quiet neighbourhood. I would stay there again.
