Excellent breakfast and service

The bathroom was a bit broke

Breakfast was delicious - fresh high quality produce and beautifully presented. Andrew the breakfast host was excellent - friendly and professional.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was exceptional( All regional and fresh products were used to compose a delightful buffet)

Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small and the hotel itself is not sound proofed, which is the only real downside

Only reason this got 8 out of 10 was the overpowering perfume that they used in the hotel was a bit hard to sleep it was so strong

Breakfast very nice and omelette prepared for me. Room was completely as expected, however it was very hot and no air con (or if there was I missed it), could open the windows and leave shutters closed. Bed fine

Staff were excellent. We were allowed early check-in without problem.

The room was smaller than expected. although very clean, there was no air conditioning. The overall feel of the room was a little dated, and the mattress could do with being replaced. The biggest issue was the shower which was over a bath. No non slip pad was fitted, and not non slip mat provided. My wife fell heavily when exiting the bath/shower and seriously bruised her hip. She required an x-ray the following day.

We had a good 2 night stay at this cosy hotel. The room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of sweet/savory items and the cheesecake was exceptional!

it was a very cozy hotel, we felt very welcomed since the first moment we stepped in. The staff was very friendly, helpful, kind and always supportive. The room was very clean and warm; we loved it after the cold days out. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was open buffet style and fresh orange juice and coffee were served. They were very attentive during the breakfast, we had plenty of options and unlimited orange juice & coffee :) There was a rich variety of cold cuts & cheese along with delicious jams, yoghurt, and fresh fruit.

We were happy in general, had very relaxing stay. None of the things I'll write here had impacted our stay, we were very happy to stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back. One thing missing was the fridge (mini bar) in the room, i had to hang out my cheese in the balcony (which was okay because outside was like a fridge anyway) and we'd be really appy if we had a kettle set to prepare our own hot drinks in the room.
