This is a truly luxurious property. The Villa with private pool and open living room and bathroom is clean and very well maintained. The whole Villa feels so private and secure. The entrance to the villas is enchanting. And the bedroom was nice and cool for sleeping. Loved huge outdoor bathroom, especially the shower! The staff were dedicated to our satisfaction, happy to help with anything we asked. They arranged a Balinese massage in our Villa, which was wonderful. Also made it super easy and inexpensive to get some laundry done. Location is a bit away from the main restaurant area but so fast, easy and cheap to get a Grab car anywhere.

The breakfast choices were great, and delivery to our room on time every morning. But it was always cold, not great when you have eggs.

The room was big, spacious & well cleaned everyday.

There are big gaps between the doors and that allows mosquitoes to come in and eat you whole night. To make things worse AC was old and slow and made loud sound though out the night. Give the amount I paid for it, it was overly priced. Also the hotel is far from central seminiyak

Noisy karaoke bar (maybe) next door, I don't know if it's every night but the night I stayed it was noisy well into midnight

Everything was good, but I would suggest to improve: - the lightening in the room. - some of the pillows tp be not so hard - I couldn't use them - the frame of the bed is odd, having now bruises, but I used it to store things ;)

The property is very clean, well taken, super gorgeous and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had airport pick up which was free and the driver even waited for us longer due to flight delay. Overall, the place was amazing.

the staff were absolutely exceptional, incredibly helpful. the villa was exceptionally clean and the pool was wonderful. the location was very peaceful, and felt extremely private - there was little to no noise at nighttime which was excellent. I would absolutely stay again, and would recommend staying at this villa!

the location wasn’t amazing in terms of accessing restaraunts, shops etc. there is a pepito about a minute from the villa which was wonderful though!

The pool was so nice!! The water was clean, well aerated and crystal clear.. Breakfast options are decent. There is a cool little organic health food shop within walking distance. Theres a big mini mart across the street for cold drinks and snacks etc. Many shops including a nice gelato shop not too far away..

The lighting could do with an update. It's quite dark in the room at night if you plan on staying in.

When i arrived they didn’t have my reservation and i already payed for it and i asked for an airport pick up so nobody was waiting for me there, i took a taxi to the hotel. Fortunately they solved it once i proved that i booked through Booking.
