Best hotel i have stayed in ages should be upgraded another star,lovely meals at bar,pleasant and friendly staff who go beyond for you.

Housekeeping left dirty glasses in the room from the night before.

The shutters outside keep most heat out, they where shit when we arrived and the room was pleasant in temperature. Very much room.

We ordered food via roomservice. 2x blackangus burger+fries. The fries were as cold as they could get and the burgers were tough to get through.

The air conditioning and the space of the room

The initial atendant at front desk was obnoxious at start of the stay due to wanting covid tests and vacinnes certificates I understand its a practice that is correct but what I did not like was the lack of communication from the hotel towards their guests to ask them to bring those documents as I was in lisbon on the beginning of my holiday and no one had asked me for such things in the places I stayed due to that fact thats were all those documents stayed as I thought it was safer there i had no warning whatsoever that I was required to have them with me lucky for me I had photos of them otherwise I reckon I would not be allowed to stay area is not very good not much to see or do noise from street and other rooms was quite high I could not use one of the balconies due to been covered in pigeon fecces and two pigeons were residing on it it look like the room had not been clean properly or checked otherwise the balcony would not be on that state also found numerous hairs in bathroom and bed. In the morning as I went for a shower the water pressure was not very good and when I opened the tap all I could smell was raw sewage not good value for money as I stayed on the suite and for what I got charged for one night I was expecting alot better

Quite reasonable variety. Although teh restrictions we could choose several options, healthy ones available.

Seems like the hotel has been recently refurbished, nice that the rooms have balconies. Staff was courteous and helpful! Would stay here again

Very comfortable bed, wide balcony, great location.

Breakfast. It was included in the room rate but most of the things didn't taste good at all: the drinks (hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice) had too much water in it. The only think I enjoyed were the warm and crispy croissants.
