Loed the freedom of the apartment. Came and went as we pleased. They are spotlessly clean. Lived being in town surrounded by shops, cafe's and bars. Not far to anywhere. Would definitely recommend. We will be back. Katie and all the staff we met were very helpful.

layout of apartment and size was good, balcony provided lots of outside space, location was excellent. Provided baby cot and high chair with extra towels. Fresh towels provided regularly and cleaned regularly. Reception handy on 1st floor with friendly staff. Cafe/bar open when reception isn’t.

Steps into building are tricky with bags, buggy and baby.

The location and accommodations were excellent. Close by to the beach, supermarket and shops. Downstairs they have a nice coffee place, that I recommend for breakfast, a coffee or a bier. Also a nice place to hangout with the locals. Definitely worth to go back.

The location is excellent, very central to all locations; supermarket, shops, beach, restaurants and bus stops for Ibiza town. It was very clean, they provided a small washing up kit so you didn’t have to go out and buy washing up liquid, sponges, towels etc. Very quick response to questions and needs through ‘Booking.com’ chat. Huge thanks to Katy. Excellent value for money, will be staying again!

We seemed to run out of hot water quickly. Even with hits two adults showering and a baby. We managed this by having it cooler and turning it off when shampooing and cleaning and only running it to rinse. The drains do get smelly. Most of the time a flush with cold water did the trick but one night it was overwhelming and made you feel sick.

Fantastic receptionist and location lovely room very clean and hospitable providing extra pillow and blanket on request also booked a taxi to airport for us, great value will be back.

Only negative is when you get to the apartment doors you don't know where the reception is ...needs a notice on actual door stating reception is first floor as in the cafe next door when asked they were bit grumpy...must get asked all the time.

Katy on Reception was very helpful and easy to deal with, including recommending restaurants and booking us a taxi for our return to the airport. The apartment is in a great location - very central, although of course this means it can be a little noisy at times as it's on a residential street. The facilities are more than adequate too given the cost. Superb sofabeds in the living room - biggest we've ever seen !

The apartment is bright and spacious with modern furnishings. The bathroom looked very new and high quality. There was even a washing machine available. In the kitchen there were two hotplates. However, since we were exclusively eating, we have not looked further at the equipment of the kitchen with dishes, etc.. The location is super central and you are quickly in the beautiful harbor, which is equipped with many good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and they did everything, to make us feeling comfortable.

The beds were unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable. There was a sofa bed in the living room with slightly softer mattresses, which we then used. Due to the very central location, the street noise is very high. Who sleeps with an open window, should definitely pack earplugs. The air conditioning was unfortunately also very loud, so this was not suitable for us to sleep, but this did not bother us further. Unfortunately, the floor of the apartment was not cleaned with each cleaning. During our 9 days the floor was wiped only once.
