My husband and I came for a few days after our wedding with our 8 month old baby. The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so accommodating to us all and we felt so looked after. They were friendly, the drinks and food were both wonderful and the pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We travel a lot and this by far was one of the most beautiful hotels, however was completely made by their incredible staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and lots.of memories with our little boy!

All staff were very friendly and the hotel including rooms were very clean.

the location is great for visiting Amalfi and Napoli by car however if you wanted to walk to a local location it’s not the best.

Great place, staff so freindly, amazing food, great pool. One does need a car to go around though.

I’m love the setting. the room and everything else. it was almost walking back in time. classic interiors with lots of interests scattered throughout the hotel.

the pool was completely exposed to the sun. I just thought that we could do with a shade to better use of it.

the gym is very small and basic but ok, the location is not the best but close enough to drive to Sorento or by a boat.

This is a lovely setting with best hotel gardens I have seen. With a great canvas you still need great staff and this is what sets La Medusa apart. I have to mention specifically, Gennaro (restaurant manger) & Milani (Maitre D) were wonderful and made my wife and I feel like the most important people in the hotel, the most important people ever in that moment, for our final night in Italy! Brilliant! A great huge comfortable bed with great A/C, fantastic bath-room and everything we needed for 2 special days/night. Breakfast overlooking the Bay of Naples Good shuttle-bus to local town (gets busy so book) and lovely reception staff happy to help,

Hotel is used as wedding venue, so be aware in high season you may have to make way for the Bride & Groom

The jewel of Castellamare,an oasis.That is the overall perception of the hotel environment and facilities.Amazingly helpful and professional stuff in the face of Gennaro and his team,Silvano,the receptionists, very good cuisine at a relevant prices.If you choose Castellamare for your trip this is the best hotel you could stay even in the nearest region outside the town.

Just a bit far from public transport and no comfortable walking area outside,nothing to the property particular.
