Great hotel, staff, food, pool was very good

In 40 yrs of traveling I’ve never had to deal with a washroom needing a deep clean, toilet base covered in urine, requested twice for a clean up, mould & mildew in the shower, also coming out of a pandemic washroom should be priority

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The have great soap :) There is a huge and secure parking space so it was easy to find a spot.

The structure looks old and warn out. However interior must have been refurbished and feels nicer. The breakfast was very basic but okay. There was a party in the city and sound proofing did not stop the noise.

Hotel is in nice garden, quiete area. Not too far to Conversano, which is a nice town with nice restaurants. Good parking for our car. Big room with a balcony.

I liked everything

Good location for exploring the area by car. Close to the center of Conversano, a beautiful area definitely worth exploring.

A rather dusty and abandoned playground. Sheets haven’t been changed during our stay. The breakfast was the same every day, with not such a great variety. A lot of ready-made desserts (which we do understand is typical for Italy, however less but better would have been appreciated).

Lovely location, just 10 minutes to the busy Polignano a Mare. Attentive, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

It appears to be clean in with the amenities. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Free parking lot. Good value.

The shower was disgusting with mold. it was orange & black in the corners as well as the floor. They sent someone to clean it & it helped, but it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. In the end there was still mold that was just neglected over a long time & needs to be replaced. Our other guests had the same issue with their shower, but not to the extent of ours.

toilet is spacious but the there's a problem in the shower - the water is spilling all over because the partition isn't long enough - we had to use our towels to wipe all the water coming out of the shower, which makes our toilet wet all over.

It’s a lovely 4 star hotel close to Polignano, Conversano, Bari, Alberobello and all the main sights. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was absolutely superb and so was our stay.

its location is perfect if you have a car and you want to move around to see all the wonderful sights. The hotel is a couple of miles from Conversano old town, so I would recommend this hotel to people with a car or means to get around.

the spa area was closed & you have the wear hats/caps in the pool - which we first was informed about when we arrived.

The location was close to a very nice authentic village without tourists which was great! Possible to reach by foot & car. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very noisy in every way. Every common space has loud music from morning until evening. Elevator jazz in the breakfast area & Gangham style at the pool. This is absolutely not a hotel for relaxing.

Parking lot was OK. Comfortable bed.

Old bathrooms, not perfectly clean. They charged us for 2 bottles of still water from the room although I did not see any prices for the water and it would be reasonable to think that the bottles are complimentary. Ok, charging water is still understandable, but they even tried to charged us for the swimming caps, although we never seen the pool! From the balcony, we could see only ugly roof of neighboring building. Breakfast was tragical. We ate it at first morning, and other days we skipped that torture. Bread and salumi on the hotel breakfast offer were shame for all Puglia, known for the good food.

Everything was nice, room, pool, very nice stuff.

No air conditioner in the public areas of the hotel. No shampoo and no hair conditioner. No glasses in the room.

Kind Staff

It’s a decent luxe hotel, clean place, nice spa facilities. Excellent laundry service, accommodating to us and our dog. It’s a fair price for a fair quality.

Some ants in the room due to our dog food. When we told the cleaning lady it was clear this was an existing problem. Plus breakfast was nothing special. Not bad, and Plenty of choice but definitely not as tasty/quality we had in other places.
