El personal muy atento. Bufet del desayuno muy correcto. Teníamos media pensión y almorzamos en el restaurante del hotel, es un menú a elegir, y nos sorprendio positivamente lo buena que estaba todo, además de la buena calidad. Muy buena ubicación, con acceso a la playa des de el hotel. Habitación muy amplia. Volveremos

Het derde bed was een opklapbed. Niet echt geschikt voor een derde volwassene. Meerdere malen hoofd gestoten omdat er een plank dicht boven zat. Ook is hij een paar keer ingeklapt terwijl onze zoon er op lag. De schoonmaak van de kamer kon ook een stuk beter. Spiegel was nog vies. Douchewand en kranen nog vies. En er lagen nog meerdere haren van de vorige gasten. Verder een heerlijk verblijf

Todo el personal de hotel es sumamente amable y comprometido con la excelencia. Tuve un inconveniente de salud y el apoyo del personal y de la parte comercial, supero mis expectativas. El desayuno del hotel fue excelente, la limpieza de los cuartos muy bien. Las vistas del hotel desde el comedor, y casi cualquier lado, son insuperables. Recomiendo pedir una habitación con vista al mar.

Decent hotel, with great rooms with seaview. A lot of terraces in different parts of the hotel, with great views overlooking Tossa Del Mar, so you can always find a spot somewhere to enjoy a drink or a snack. Very friendly staff. The beach is nearby right in front of the hotel, but you have to walk down (the hotel is build on a kind of rock overlooking the bay) and cross a quiet street, so the hotel is not right on the beach itself. Good breakfast buffet, and they don't chase people away after 10am which we liked because we eat late.

There are large garbage bins right in front of the hotel, and every morning at 6:30 they collect the garbage from that, which woke us up as we sleep with the windows open, which is lovely to hear the sea, but not so nice to get a wake up call every day at 6:30 from the garbage collection.

Que no me dieron una habitación con un poco de mejores vistas, la comida de los menú de almuerzo o cena no venían con bebida incluida, eso hace más caro todo.

we stayed in a villa which was a separate unit. Beds downstairs, kitchen and living room upstairs. Great for a group or family. the location was absolutely amazing, as close as you could get to the beach!

There was no exceptions to the amount of people. If we had one more person we would have had to get another room va just being a cot in.

Excellent location , nice pool, restaurant with the stunning view. Very close to the beach , though hotel would not have own beach facilities. Best cocktails in town in the bar. Good dinner though somewhat overpriced.

Hotel tends to charge you for small things that would be normal to get for free even in 3-star hotel ( this one is 4+ ). For example - you get a complimentary bottle of water on day one, but it would not be refreshed. You would not get fresh orange juice for breakfast (just orange soda) and coffee machine works on instant coffee. And yes, you can get all that in the bar for extra price. Fresh fruits for breakfast in July? - sorry we found only melon and watermelon. Never thought about cherry or apricots. Lend beach towels to guests ? Sorry, you can buy one and clean it for extra price .... For 300 euro / night ? Sounds "cheap" to me.

Location good staff friendly and welcoming room great view. Enjoyed our short stay it all fitted in perfectly. Good hotel to explore Tossa. Weather was poor so could not enjoy the beach 😫 but view from balcony was lovely.

The hotel was in a beautiful part of Tossa de Mar at the far end overlooking the sea. We had a lovely room with pool and sea view.

We felt the breakfast could have more choice and better selection of fruit. Lots of nice pastries but unfortunately nothing for someone who is a coeliac like myself except for a roll which was defrosted as u ordered it. Otherwise the service etc was excellent with a beautiful view of the sea.

it was a joke to give that place 4 stars. We have been staying in many places around the world and this place definitely does not deserve 4 stars. Here are my points: There is no mention on their info about free transportation option to hotel. We walked from the station ( it was not too far, like 10 min walk) but the lady on the front desk was almost laughing and said that hotel provides free transportation ( ok,it was helpful on our way back).No air conditioning!!!! I am not joking, NO working AC in the whole building. And It was one of the biggest point for us. 28° daily temperature gives you no chance to have a nap or even stay in the room. And 13° at night wasn't comfortable as well without heating. As it was explained on the front desk, management turned off all AC system because of clients' complaints that it was too cold!! Such a ridiculous reason! ( of course, the thermostat was in every room). I think this is just the cost saving policy of cheap management. If we knew it beforehand, we would absolutely never booked that hotel. And it was false advertisement on the booking website. During check-out we have been told that they did not accept Discover card ( but in time of check-in the lady took that card without word to put it on file, never mentioned any issues with it). It costed us extra fee from our other card. Very annoying and uncomfortable. I wanted to book a spa service and front desk just sent me to the spa ( which was closed) and after said to came there later. In other hotels reception people always help to book that service for you. Another shock we experienced when asked about pool and beach towels. YOU HAVE TO BUY THEM! Even for their own pool - you'll pay 10 € for each towel and throw them away after your stay ( usually travelers have no extra space in a luggage but maybe hotel's management think this is the best souvenir for guests- bulky beach towels with hotel logo).
