En general todo está muy bien. Comida, personal, alojamiento. Es nuestra 4 o 5 vez que nos alojamos en el. Lo más que nos ha gustado es el trato del personal. Sobre todo los chicos de los espectáculos.

Lo menos que nos ha gustado es el tiempo de apertura de la piscina. A las 18:00 ya teníamos que salir. No sabemos si era por la temporada o es lo habitual. Hemos estado más veces y no nos suena que la piscina cerrara tan pronto. Los días estaban muy buenos y cuando mejor estábamos teníamos que salir. De resto, todo muy bien. Como siempre 👏👏

Dėja, bet nepasigilinom, kad tai bus senjorų rojus, vakarinės programos šiaip sau. Viešbutyje yra tarakonų, be to paskutinę viešnagės dieną teko man ir dar kitam žmogui apsinuodyti maistu. Maistas kiekvieną dieną skirtingas, tačiau didelio pasirinkimo dėja nėra. Alkoholiniai kokteiliai neskanūs (barmenai nemoka jų daryti ir net nežino tokių kaip Mojito, Aperol Spritz 🙈).

Lo staff gentile e disponibile, le attività erano davvero coinvolgenti, durante tutto il giorno c'era qualcosa da fare. Il servizio all' inclusive era coerente col prezzo per qualità e quantità. Le camere davvero confortevoli e pulite. Anche se a qualche km di distanza dalle principali città, erano facilmente raggiungibili in auto e in hotel non mancava nulla se si vuole passare l'intera giornata lì. Soggiorno perfetto per una famiglia.

Gli spazi sia interni che esterni ben curati e funzionali, la formula all inclusive che prevede veramente tutto ( ci sono pochissime eccezioni ) e lo staff estremamente disponibile.

Great hotel, excellent food choices and staff were friendly and welcoming, spotless and clean and room was cleaned every day.

Because the hotel is recently been refurbished the beds slide all over the floor on the new floor so slight movement in bed and it would go all over the place, Tea and coffee in rooms but had to get own milk as none is supplied in room so had to either get some from the restaurant. We just got a small milk from supermarket.

De hotelkamer was echt prachtig, groot en heel modern. Wel gehorig, ik kon de buren horen.

Er was maar 1 bar en dat was soms erg lang wachten met 2 man achter de bar. Weinig stoelen en tafels buiten en heel jammer dat je niet buiten kon eten. De ruimte om te eten was totaal niet gezellig.

Habitaciones amplías y limpias. Hay muchas hamacas en la piscina. Variedad en el buffet. Personal muy amable. El equipo de animación muy majo, en especial Adrián.

Hubo varias caídas en la piscina, ya que el suelo resbala mucho. Deberían poner algo anti deslizante. Una señora se cayó y se rompió el codo. La ubicación está apartado de todo, no hay nada para hacer/ver por los alrededores. Necesitas un vehículo si o si. El desayuno tiene alguna carencia, faltan tortitas y zumos naturales de frutas. La animación después de la cena un poco floja.

La tranquilidad de estar tranquila disfrutando yo y mi hijo de 7 años!

La primera vez el hotel había menos personas y está vez estuve 4 días debió pillar vacaciones de extranjeros y, para mí gusto mucha gente ! Y no habían muchos niños.

La comida riquísima, los baños y el bar genial, super limpio todo y muy organizado y la sala de juegos muy bien también, lo único poner mas mesas de billar y unos dardos

las camas son muy incomodas, tienen ruedas que hace que se mueva por todos lados, el wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones y la piscina tiene muy pocas hamacas y el horario es muy corto, tienen una piscina climatizada que cierra los fines de semana, no entiendo el por qué

Great trip was glad to be there with my 7 years old daughter. My favourite thing was the mini disco as my daughter really enjoyed it. Glad you ve done a special price for single parents i ve went there because of that, please keep doing that. I won the bingo night me and my daughter were so happy about it. I ve loved the ocean view i was given so relaxing to wake up to that in the morning. I m already missing my holidays. my daughter enjoyed the make your own necklace activity that was a good idea

possibly wish the mini club would have organised activities at the pool (went there putside of school holidays so i think it was cause of that) my daughter is an only child so varied activity at the mini club makes a difference but must say the staff of the mini club was really nice and i was happy with the mini club anyway.

Staff amazing Hotel spotless

Without doubt the WORST food I've had in 30 yrs of travelling. It was so bad 1 child had to survive on watery bean for breakfasts. The machines were constantly broke, there was always a lack of glasses and food areas badly understaffed. Snack area was a joke with Saturdays 3.40pm usually closed when stated 6pm. Staff were either told to work at snails pace. Location is USELESS, just go to Las Americas or Los christianos because this area is rubbish. Very anti british/irish esp at bars where 15 mins was normal wait time for a drink!! Then they have the stupidest rule ever where children can't bring inflatables into pool so £25 wasted. It's shame for the staff because they are brilliant

Very nice, clean, nice modern touch and the staff was lovely! Not one problem all six nights! Great place for family and couples!

Everything was amazing, hotel was so beautiful and food so delicious,especially every day different type of paella.. Personal was so friendly,room nice clean and tidy everyday. Well done, only one negative thing was tiles around swimming pool, so slippery especially with kids. Everyday dozen of kids had fall, make sure you have sandals next to it.

The food was good and there was a lot of variety.. the problem is that is always the same.. and sometimes the taste was not good

I think the bar at night could have more animation than just 1h. People are there to rest and enjoy the moments.. and just one hour is not enough. And it can probably have more music like Tina Turner tribute that was such AMAZING.

The resort is a bit peculiar. It looks like one resort has acquired the neighbouring resort. The two buildings are very different and we were lucky to be housed in the more modern looking one. The rooms were super modern and CLEAN! floor to ceiling black out blinds were incredible- and no need for our portable black out blind for the baby. The staff were all very helpful and the cleaning staff were happy to work around our baby’s naps, which was brilliant.

Kids club was not advertised, and we can see why. It was pretty miserable, with the kids looking board majority of the time. There was just one member of staff available for a lot of children, and I cannot see how the staff can take the children to the toilet, should they need. Food was basic, and laid out in a strange way so you had to queue in strange parts. There were often flies on the bread section in the mornings, but the restaurant doors needed to remain open as it was so warm. Initially our aircon wasn’t working, and we needed to be moved, which was far from ideal when travelling with an infant. Originally we had requested a “cold dinner” to be saved for us when we arrived, as this was after kitchens closed. We were offered this by the hotel and they didn’t follow through with that offering, which is such a shame. Each pool was SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS! We saw so many adult and children slipping around the pool area- this should be rectified asap! There could be some really serious accidents if they don’t change this.
