For a five star hotel from location to breakfast, pools to beach everything was terrible. We have booked a delux suite but it was night mare bathroom was not working and everywhere was water after shower, lots of insects inside. Electric sochets hiden the bottom of beds and take one hour to find and impossible to connect devices. I can tell several more but if you have chance prefer much cheaper and new hotel

Mi-a plăcut personalul ... foarte dedicat și permisiv .... venind tot timpul în întâmpinarea nevoilor dumneavoastră... locația frumoasă.... mâncarea foarte bună ....

Cred că s-ar putea face ceva investiții cu drumul spre plajă și cu plaja din apropierea hotelului ... ar putea probabil să organizeze mai multe activități în întâmpinarea clienților ....

The reception staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast is quite good and you have many options, even for fussy children. There's a beach near the hotel but it's not equipped with sunbeds, however, the city beaches are very close (5 minutes away by car). The city center is also very close (10 minutes away by car). There's a Lidl near the hotel, in case you need to buy water or anything else. Our room was pretty small, but it had everything we needed (a kettle mug, tea, instant coffee, iron, very good cosmetic products, etc). The wifi was decent, we've had some connectivity problems, but, all in all, it was ok. The pools are medium-sized and one of them is very well placed, between olive trees. If you have a sea view room, the view is amazing, especially at sunset. The hotel smells divine and so do the rooms after the cleaning.

I would recommend the cleaning staff to clean under the beds as well. I lost a sock under one of the beds at some point and, when I found it, it was full of dust. The furniture in our room was a bit outdated. Also, the pool area and the sunbeds are not always very clean.

Buffet breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Big rooms with comfy beds. Clean pools and restaurants.

There was nothing not to like.
