L'hotel està molt ben ubicat.
Les instal·lacions i el personal tant del menjador, de recepció van ser molt atents, amables. El personal del balneari molt bons professionals.
Les instal·lacions del balneari molt complertes.
El menjar una mica just per les 4 estrelles que tenia l'hotel.
La neteja va ser feta una mica per alt.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location close to the beach. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the train station. The food in the restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. The indoor pool was really nice.
The third bed in our triple room was a movable one.. It was comfortable, but smaller than the other two.

ROOM : Noisy from the street at 1.30 at night - we called eception about noice and she could not help obout it.and we have some insects in our room and bed . Fotos - problem with garage parking (bad thing) we could not reserv it at the booking time. grr

The hotel was really nice. The room was confortable and quiet even though it was facing the pool. The hotel offers many wellness services that are worth trying. Very good service. The buffet is lovely. The staff are very helpful

The size of the room was good.
The hotel was a disaster. Is is supposed to be a spa hotel. The spa was so full of chlorine (a man spraying chlorine) it is unkept. We could not use the steam room or sauna. The next morning we tried to use the spa and everything was closed including the gym. The reason to go there was for the spa, we live in Barcelona and had 1 night away. The receptionists (women) were so rude.
The aircon didnt work and we told the receptionist and she basically said we were lying.
At midnight we spoke to another receptionist (a guy) and he came to the room and moved us to another room, which was crazy having to move everything at midnight because, they couldnt do this earlier.
In all it was so stressful, I would have preferred to stay in Barcelona.
For this I am asking for a full refund

Great spa and pool facilities. Very good breakfast selection.
Check-in. Confirmed I would arrive at 14.00pm. Room not available until 16.00. Wasn't offered a drink during the wait.

Rooms are clean and well equiped. Pool was very nice too. Also personnel was kind and attentive.
Breakfast quality, particularly with orange juice (there is just this one) and coffee. Breakfast service can be better organized, there is clearly a lack of personnel. Parking costs 15e per night, this is simply abusive. There is no service room, I was not able to get a bottle of water, I needed to get it from a vending machine. Check-in was a bit chaotic too, there is margin of improvement there.

The washbasin in the room was so small and flat that you could not use it. Why?
Coma-ruga has nothing to offer off season.
