The price was very cheep, Loved the location, Staff seemed very nice

The room smelt quite damp, As I builder I’d strongly recommend replacing the rotten old windows, They will definitely cause major damp issues in the winter, Some maintenance is very over due in the building, it’s a charming old building that definitely deserves some love

No breakfast was offered and the internet wasn't working for the 2 days stay and this made our stay to be boring.

Have been here twice, I like That It was out the way (down a country road kinda thing) very cosy rooms, beds were very comfy, not top condition but is acceptable for the price. Everything is clean and well laid out. For the price and polite staff I cannot knock it. We will be coming again

Nothing. In my several dozen years of traveling to various corners of the world, I have never seen such a terrible place to stay. It certainly cannot be called a hotel.

I have been to many places around the world, I have stayed in various hotels, apartments and accommodations. Even in the case of poor owners, I could count on proper preparation of accommodation, cleanliness and order in the room, and fragrant bedding and towels. However, the place where I recently stayed overnight contradicts any standards in a country that was recently a member of the European community. The room I received was located in a single-story wooden barracks (there is no other name for it). From the vestibule, through a dirty door, one entered a small, smelly room with a dirty, unpainted bathroom. The carpet on the floor was damp (the moisture penetrated into my textile travel bag which I inadvertently placed on the floor. The dirty, unpainted single-glazed window was ajar, and only later did I discover why. With the window closed, the stench of damp and fungus was unbearable. Because I was very tired after the first night, I didn't pay attention to other shortcomings. In the morning it turned out that I had slept in bedding previously used by perhaps more than one person, as evidenced by the gray color of the bedding and traces of blood on the duvet cover. Fortunately, in order to cope with the stench and humidity in the room, I had the window open all the time and due to the low temperature at night, I slept in sports clothes. The unpainted bathroom with a moldy shower curtain was no different from the standard of the room. Moreover, you had to use both hands to operate the washbasin faucet because you had the impression that it would come off because it was not attached to the washbasin at all. You had to wait a good minute for hot water and the pressure depended on the time of day or night. The broken part of the bathroom door frame showed the moisture and fungus there.
