Great location, very nice and accommodating staff! Clean rooms, across from the beach.
Had 2 small kids in a stroller, too many stairs. But staff was always helpful. Thank you

It is one of the best in the town, the staff, food, location was great close to the sea and city centre and of course the best hospitality

it is a lovely traditional villa style hotel. lovely pool, clean bedrooms with great furniture
there’s not much to dislike. probably no drink service at the pool. having to look for staff no one offers water etc but it’s not really a dislike. just a comment

The staff where truely amazing. My rooms where very run down, disappointing to say the least. A/C not sufficient to keep the room comfortable.

Fantastic lunch recommendation across the street from property.
Ants in our room - got all over our stuff.
Apparently bike rentals are included which we were not informed of.
A/C does not work properly.
We asked for a 2hr bike rental for our lunch after check out as a remedy to the ant problem and management said they’ve done all they could to diffuse the ant problem and would not let us use the bikes since we had already “checked out”. Yet, they charged us for a $6 bottle of water as we were leaving the hotel.

Great location, free bikes to ride around, very friendly staff and good parking facilites with helpful staff to guide you into the small area. You can order drinks at the pool side. If one likes to have breakfast, it offers a nice variety.
It suprises me always what you get for your money in Italian Hotels. For this price you get more for your money in many places. This applies mostly to the room and bathroom size. They were very small, one could hardly walk comfortably around the bed. It would be impossible to be 2 people togehter in the bathroom

overall dirty, a lot of dust on all floors, traces of limescale in the showers, curtains were torn and dusty
