Location

It is a beachfront hotel with lovely terrace. However you can’t actually exit onto the beach promenade until 8am. You have to walk around the block to get there. A bit pointless for a beachfront hotel 😂

Great hotel, affordable price and very nice staff. Location is awesome, the town is quiet and peaceful. Looks very stylish and the rooms were comfortable.

Spacious rooms, peaceful location close to the sea, helpful staff. We all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting costa brava.

Breakfast was just ok, the hot food was lukewarm and even though there weren’t a lot of people staying, the only tables set for breakfast were very close together and did not benefit from the amazing sea view.

A wonderful hotel, possibly recently refurbished and excellent value for money.

"Air conditioning" is a little misleading. There is heating or cooling, but set at central level. When there in spring or autumn, you might want cooling when the system is set to heating, or visa versa.

Location fabulous straight opposite the beach. Bright, comfortable Sea view room.. Small fridge, kettle and safe in room.. Helpful reception staff. Parking nearby.

No choice of eggs at breakfast, just whatever was precooked .and the plates of meats/cheeses weren't replenished so if you ate breakfast towards the end of the allocated time, choice was limited.. Also had a very disappointing paella in the restaurant . Service was very slow in the restaurant.

Right on the beach with a good restaurant at the front of the hotel. Spacious rooms overlooking the pool at the back. We had twin beds that were very comfortable.

The location , beach front is amazing.The sea view room is a must, even though is smaller then standard room. standard room are quite spacious. The hotel is clean and well decorated , everything is in place and well thought.

Ironing machine not available at the hotel ( not in the room , not at a cost) . Breakfast selection could be improved.

Location and most of the staff.

One of the staff at the front desk made it clear that as a guest who booked through Booking.com, I was not going to get parking. We had stayed there twice before and knew they had parking. When we arrived, we were told they had no parking and when I asked why, as I knew it was off-site, they explained that I should have called ahead of time. The fact is, when looking at the booking.com website, I noticed that it was contradicting itself. It states that no parking is possible, but the additional information states parking is available off-site. Since we had stayed two times before and I knew so did not check this. When I got to the bottom of it, it was because I booked through Booking.com, not directly. If I had called and cancelled to book directly, I would get parking. I use booking.com as often it is easier than the Hotel´s direct website. I suggested if they have an issue, stop offering customers to book via the platform if they will be treated differently. I did end up getting a parking space, one of the lovely members of staff claimed someone had just checked out and there was now space in the time I walked out to my car and started the engine. However, over the two days there were over 22 spaces free. It was all because they did not appreciate anyone who books indirectly. I love this Hotel, and most of the staff are excellent, but one Lady, in particular, had a real anger issue and was very rude, which ruined our stay. However the Air conditioning was rubbish which I would not have ordinarily complained about, but given the attitude, I am now. Also, the breakfasts are not worth having. Save your money and go to one of the cafes locally along the beach. I have left it for several weeks before answering this feedback request to see if I have gotten over the incident, but I am so disappointed and still feel strongly about it. We stay in this area every year and have made plans to find another place to stay next year.

Excellent location and complete silence in the evenings (at least in my room). Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was quite big and comfortable.

Cleaning personnel uses too much chemical products giving the room an intense smell, suggesting hygiene, however cleanliness was not always acceptable.

The location is perfect - right across from the beach with a beautiful view! The balcony room was very much worth the extra price. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. (much better than the dinner)

The hotel lobby and restaurants have great style and charm but the rooms are a little outdated. Plus the AC wasn't great which made sleeping a little difficult.

Food was always fresh, lots of fresh fruit Pastries and breads were great

Tub/shower was slippery and narrow - hard to get in and out of. Towel racks were not very accessibile. Stopper in sink did not function.
