Thé hôtel is just a few minutes’ walk to the main streets, the lake, and the chocolate stores of Bariloche. Many good restaurants nearby. Our room was big and clean. The staff does not speak English but they were adequately helpful.

We had an inconvenient with the last day because of migration issues and when we try to cancel in advance they refuse to recognize the money we payed

The continental breakfast, while not elaborate, was more than adequate. The waitress who was there every morning was always smiling, very pleasant and efficient. She'll also do your laundry - same day service. The staff as a whole was very helpful. Location three blocks from Centro Civico is excellent. Rates were very good for the high season.

The television in my room did not work well and all the stations were staticky. I didn't watch it much, though.

The tiny house was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, clean, and soft linens. The owners and hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here . There is a winery bodega across the highway where you can get some excellent wine, meats, and cheese to enjoy the amazing view with!

Great place to stay in Bariloche. Has parking space inside, which is very handy for car travelers and since it’s quite hard to park on the streets. Location is great — shopping, restaurants, chocolate just 100 meters away from the hotel. Also, there is beach and nice sea view.

Nothing, pretty nice place.

Easy access to the town centre. Spacious room. Secure, gated parking behind the hotel where we could leave our hire car overnight. A balcony to sit out on warm evenings.

The description said there were coffee making facilities, but there wasn't even a kettle available. There room was noisy some nights until 4am due to parties being held in a hotel nearby.

Superb location, 2 minutes from chocolate shops, the center of Bariloche, and restaurants. There was a nice view of the lake from our room, extremely spacious room, separate toilet and shower, great price paid in cash

The location is perfect. You are right near everything in town. The room is lovely and I liked the layout very much. It did not have the traditional feel of a hotel room.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff were super helpful and let us check in early, the room was larger than average which was a great house.

Breakfast was OK but the service was a little chaotic, I don't think the breakfast room is really big enough for the number of guests.

The location was very convenient and the staff absolutely friendly and welcoming.

We found therr were some things missing. For example, there was a coffee shop in the bedroom, but no cups to use, only 2 glasses. On the other hand, besides breakfast, not even hot water is offered to guests for the rest of the day.

The staff was excellent and their were always willing to help, answer all my questions or doubts, provided recommendations when I asked, etc. The location of the hotel is amazing, you are close to the lake and bustillos avenue and in downtown. It has an own parking which is great: being in downtown and with your own parking place. The room was unpolluted, super clean… it was really big and comfortable. At least the room I was, it had the bathtub separated in another different room than the toilet, and the mirror and washbasin too. The room also had an small fridge, a huge mirror (which I loved having it), the bed was a big one and super comfortable. Big windows, tv, a desk, a table with chairs…. I mean, it was almost as being in a big apartment. I loved it!

The time for breakfast, it was from 7am, and if you wanted to go earlier for being in cerro catedral early, you won’t be able to have your breakfast. I just was able to having it twice, which were the days I didn’t go to cerro catedral.
