The outdoor design is great, a pleasant place to be around. A nicely equiped community kitchen is available.
The room looks nice, but it is not very convenient - there was no reading lights by the bed and only two power outlets. The shower was difficult to operate/switch between shower heads, and the water pressure was weak.

Staff were very friendly, with really wonderful common areas- lots of places to explore around the posada

Breakfast good with freshly squeezed fruit juices. Personel very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, style of pousada personalized and welcoming.

The location was good, near the bus station, and close enough to the town to promote heading out most nights.
The room was tiny, and very dated, there was a gym, which I would normally have made good use of, but nothing was in a usable condition, very disappointing.

We had a very nice stay at the pousada, the people were very helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast is great! Pool is currently under construction. We did not really like the town, but the falls are amazing!

Very good pousada. Clean, attentive and friendly staff. In addition the breakfast is excellent and very varied. The cook who prepares it is top notch. Above all, keep it!!!

Was given a room overlooking the street while the hotel was rather empty and there were probably quieter rooms.

I love the environment, it is good taken care off, you feel at home, the staff is adorable. My second time...everything was already in Christmas mood. Lovely as always but I noticed they are constantly improving.
