Muy buena ubicación, a solo 2 cuadras de Santo Domingo. El cuarto limpio, camas cómodas, tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

El wifi muy baja señal

Un poco cerca del centro.

Habían hormigas y cucarachas en la habitación, al informarle al personal del hotel sólo dijo "ah vamos a revisar". Los colchones de las camas están muy duros, hasta la espalda duele al despertar. El hotel ofrece estacionamiento y realmente no tienen, terminamos pagando una pensión y por horas durante el día en un estacionamiento público.

Un patio bien frais pour se reposer entre deux visites de cette merveilleuse ville. Personnel très aimable. Emplacement idéal.

La relación calidad-precio del hotel es excelente, sencillo pero más económico que otros hoteles de la zona. El hotel está situado en el centro de Oaxaca, perfecto para visitar la ciudad. La habitación es cómoda.

La habitación está perfecta considerando su precio, por lo que no tengo pegas.

Es muy ruidoso incluso en el 3er piso. Están muy mal diseñados los cubos de los baños y se escucha a todas las personas de habitaciones contiguas. Incluso cuando tienen relacione sexuales, o cuando están en el baño.

Die Begrüßung bei der Anreise in der Nacht darf durchaus freundlicher sein. Sehr hellhörig in allen Bereichen!!! Einige Zimmer nur mit Blick auf Mauern und so gut, wie kein Tageslicht.

La instalación eléctrica de la habitación tenía problemas. Afortunadamente el personal del hotel resolvió ese problema de manera satisfactoria.

Rooms could have been better The bed was too hard for me ‘ and the sheets were worn out No fridge in the room which was super disappointing Breakfast must be included for the price they charge.

The bed was good, it has a good and strong shower, the room is clean,the personal very friendly and helpful.

The room is not very well isolated, so it was a little bit loud. Breakfast was not good, but there are good cafes around.

Everything was very good

Room was nice and comfortable. It was cleaned daily by nice ladies. It also had an outside patio which was a good feature.

The room is a bit dated, wifi in the hotel was hit and miss, and the men on reception could be more helpful and maybe smile sometimes!

The location was great. The staff were excellent. The restaurant served good food.

The only thing I didn't like was how noisy the birds were early in the morning @ 5am.

The location of the hotel is very good, central yet very quiet, easy to walk around. It’s a well meaning though bit dated small hotel, staff reasonably helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site is helpful for breakfast as there weren’t many options near by early in the morning.

Several things on the first night. Some hotel guests were hanging out in the court yard playing music on their phones while their kids running wild up and down the stairs. The night staff was uncomfortable confronting them and suggested I should talk to them myself! ( Mexicans I believe) Weirdly we could hear talking, flushing toilet and showering from the room below due to a connecting venting system with windows opening onto our bathroom and bedroom. So the next morning in the bright morning light my husband saw in the middle of the bed on the white sheet a bed bug! He took a picture and killed it, bright red blood! He was bitten on the neck and arm, already swollen! We presented the situation and asked for a room change for our last night. The manager was cool, muttered ‘ shit’ under his breath, and all was arranged. No fuss. ( no refund, no discount, no free water.) It was our last day after a two week trip, a drama-free departure was all we wanted. The second room was much better, even had a terrace! And the window from the vent was only in the bathroom, closed the door and all was quiet!

Lovely hotel with a typical Oaxacan character in the centre of the city (walking distance from main attractions). Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms (ours was on the ground floor, so had a little back garden as well). Very quiet, and we had a good night sleep. They have a little restaurant, so breakfast and other meals, if needed, were easy.

They have a free parking, but it isn't on site, so that's a tiny bit of inconvenience having to unload your luggage first, drive to the parking spot and leave the car there, in order to pick it up and go back to the hotel for luggage when leaving.

The room was cozy w/ nice decoration and a cute private terrace. There is also a large inner courtyard that is a nice place to sit, relax, drink and work. The bed was comfy and I liked the mirror/ desk. It was only about 10 mins walk to the main central areas and there are many restaurants/ cafes/ bars nearby.

There was a master switch and when you turn off the lights, it turns off the TV as well. The floor was dirty and so when I walked around barefoot, my feet were covered w/ dust/ dirt.
