It was small. Family owned and run. Hospitable. Came to try the Michelin Star restaurant located in the hotel also run by the same family. Food did not disappoint. Great to have both in same location.

We stayed here because we were going to the restaurant. We may not have stopped in Vercelli otherwise. The hostess for the hotel and restaurant was great. Lots of character.

It was what was expected. There is always room for improvement. It is an older hotel and family run; it is part of the charm though.

Everything! Great hotel and restaurant owned and run by the Costardi Family. Signora Cinzia manages everything and her sons, Christian & Miguel compose the most amazing culinary creations for their guest. If you are in the area and you want to have a very special evening, make a reservation and enjoy!

There is nothing to dislike

Ample parking, I was on a motorcycle so parking was a bonus. Location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the centre and about 25 minutes back depending on how much you've had to drink. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

I can't think of anything, my stay was great. But just be aware that Vercelli has a load of Mosquitos in the summer.

the owner was wonderful to talk with and her owl collection was a treat. she is the mother of the two brothers who run the extraordinary Michelin starred restaurant at the hotel. whole experience was memorable

What a lovely, quirky and unusual hotel! Our greeting was warm and friendly, the surroundings were quirky with a definite fascination for owls! The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again!
