Room was clean and comfortable.

I wasn't made aware of the Fri night live music until 2am, until I checked in. Which was too late to find other accommodation and I had purchased room at no-cancellation rate anyway. Free secure parking was not available as advertised either. Nearest overnight parking cost $50.00.

the music/band until 1.50am, then the loud hum of the downstairs air con motor/kitchen air extractor or something all rest of the night, the $100 key deposit.

Bathrooms were really clean

I stayed 4 nights. One of the nights a couple were being very loud in bed and continued until the early hours of the morning, had to put headphones on. The kettle in my room was black on the inside and couldn't boil the water for a tea or coffee, all you would get was black stuff coming out from the boiled water.

Room was perfect for an overnight stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Parking. I pulled up in carport behind the hotel and it was full. It was late and I had a child with me. I called the hotel whilst in the car park and was advised by a young lady that I'd have to find somewhere else to park. Either at the train station or somewhere else. When I walked in with luggage and my child, I was met by a different staff member who showed me where to check in and asked me if I parked out back. I explained what happened and she said I could have left my car near gates and parked later when one became available. I explained I parked a block away and we were tired. We had to walk to the car in the rain the next morning. Not ideal.

We didn’t have breakfast but had dinner on arrival and had a great meal.

Having an ensuite would have been better but the bathroom was very clean.

Hotel patron noise and closing of door on the same level as mine were a bit noisy and made me jump a few times through the night.My room was over street so traffic noise also. Im a light sleeper so it was expected.

Location was excellent, check-in and out very easy. Nice and secure. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable

Easy walk from Gosford Station.

Often the lift door is not closed properly after person gets out of lift. Makes it very annoying when you are on a 3rd, 2nd or 1st floor. I complained to person in office on 1st floor about this. She was not helpful. I had to walk to the 3rd floor to check myself and send the lift down as the lift door was not closed properly. It’s not good for people who have no physical strength.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

I was staying at a pub so expected noise so this isn't a complaint, just an observation. I stayed on a Saturday night and it was pumping down stairs, sounded pretty good actually and nothing my headphones couldn't cancel out, but if your staying on the weekend bring your earplugs!
