Rooms were nice and big. Good beds. Staff were frendly. Breakfast was great.

Some renovation work early in the morning. First night upstairs teenages neigbours were loudy. View was poor.

Staff were again friendly and helpful. Breakfast brilliant as ever. Clean WiFi free. TV including netflix. Washer and dryer. Offered us a choice of rooms to accommodate our personal request. Communicated with us via this app prior to arrival re request.

The location is good, close to the city-center. The staff is very helpful and kind, always with a smile. The breakfast has a good selection of food and drinks.

The room was not at all like the pictures on the Hotels webside or at booking.com. We got a crampt room with floor carpet, not at all newly renovated as they advertise on the webside. The bathroom was just like those you see in institutions, in fact we got a handicap room. Anyway, the bathroom was quite large ;)

Nice and clean room. In the center of Finnsnes, close to everything.

No restaurant and limited facilities.

Parking was far away on the other side of the building if there is space. We found a spot. We were not able to figure out how the lock of our door was working. Sometimes you needed your key to lock it and sometimes you didnt. Just make sure it is locked.
