The decoration of the facility were fabulous they use local hand made art and craft.The nature were what made us to choose this place, we love all the plants, trees, birds and monkeys around the pousada. We felt were inside a little jungle. It was an excellent location it was so close to the beach, also to the Quadrado.🐒🏖🏝

We had an amazing experience at Mata N’ativa Pousada. The pleasant guest house is in the middle of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest and we could see so many local animals, like little monkeys and sloths.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, with a large variety of fruits, fresh juices, cakes and snacks. The rooms super comfortable and spotless cleaned.
Location is fantastic! Just a short walk (around 7 mins) away from the beautiful Nativos Beach and a 10-minute walk to the charming Quadrado (local village with great restaurants and shops).
We loved this place and will definitely go back!

We’re extremely happy with our experience at Mata N’ativa. The location was perfect with an easy access to the center and the beach. The pousada itself is beautiful with a lot of surrounding nature and cozy rooms, which made our stay very relaxing. The owners and staff were probably the best part. Their kindness and personal treatment really made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast is amazing, variety of options of cakes, juices, fruits, "tapioca".... everything fantastic.
There is a river that crosses the hotel towards the beach, and you may rent caiaques for a trip to the beach, approximately 1 hour tour or maybe a little bit more.
Personnel is fantastic and always friendly to help you and derve you (Ricardo, Fatima and all staf)

The hotel is very wooded and has monkeys that come to visit. I was able to feed the monkeys. (Cool).
The hotel has a river that backs up to their property and your able to a paddle boat down the river to the Ocean..
The staff was the best. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We will be coming back.

Suite was great, jacuzzi marvelous. Gardens were beautiful. Owners were super attentive and it’s clear that they’re investing into their place. Kayak tour down mangroves to the beach straight from hotel grounds accompanied by a staff member - we loved it all and will be back!

The place is amazing with a lot of Nature, the staff very friendly and willing to help.
The dependences and rooms were very clean and the protocols for COVID followed by the cleaning team.
The team really respect the protocols to keep all guests safe, I would love to come back once Covid is gone.
