old charm hotel, I stayed in this hotel 15 years back it is still the same .
Booking. com confirmed pay st property and I confirmed to the hotel late check in, indpite og this they charged my card before I reached hotel. this is not correct practice, though they returned the money in cash while check out . I was upset for charging me before I reached hotel.

Our stay at Eros Hotel was excellent, the location of the hotel was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The view from the room was awesome.The staff of the hotel were very helpful and really liked their service. We would like to stay in Eros Hotel in future as well.

Requests were taken into consideration. Also made some extra effort to surprise us as I had mentioned that I was coming right after getting married and will be leaving india shortly, so the staff made small decoration and put up a nice cake for us.

Very dated decor and furniture.
Old and dirty bathroom furnishings, front desk staff managed to incorrectly bill me twice, had to speak tk manager. Bathroom furnishings are very dates and bathtub is quite dirty with scruff marks.
Please avoid this hotel, major improvement is needed
