There was nowhere to get a hot drink other than at breakfast time. I missed the use of a hairdryer and I found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the shower.

Excellent value. 1 star but was clean, lovely staff, good location and really good value. Whilst basic we were very impressed. Would definitely use hotel again. Thank you.

Basic room but clean and comfortable. I had a double room with a little patio/balcony. Staff always helpful and friendly. I didn't eat in the hotel but they do have a small area for a simple breakfast, coffee etc. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby - Google, "Best cafe", "best breakfast near me" etc ... worked well for me!

TV was small with no international channels. Not a smart TV so no Netflix etc but internet was fine so can use own devices.

Good price - quiality. Breakfast was basic but good! Everything in the hotel was really clean.

The bed was too hard for me. I did experience noise from the street during the night.

Rooms were a good size, everything was neat & tidy, bathroom was in good order, hotel dog was adorable, good location, hotel has a lift. We stayed for one night and I felt it was good value for money.

Breakfast was very basic, tea & toast, but was only 5€. Website offers parking which there is, but at an extra cost which it doesn’t mention, & the car had to be in it before 9pm which didn’t work for us anyway but I wish I’d have known beforehand.

When I’m in Torrevieja I stay here. The people that work there are very nice. A lovely family hotel!!

Ideal location, close to bus station. Able to walk to beach front. Pleasant helpfull staff. 24hr reception with secruity door entry..

Location was good. Hadn't expected to pay for car parking as it was listed as available but no cost mentioned.

Bar facilities rather lacking. We ended up shopping at a Mercadona for supplies for the evening.

This was the third time we stayed there. The room this time was little bit smaller than the other times, but it was very good, nice balcony, always clean. The staff was great, always friendly, very accommodating.

This time, the only thing that was not very good was the Wi-Fi in the room.

Staff/owner was extremely helpful and stored our bikes for us. Good breakfast times, 7.30am/10.30am Very relaxed atmosphere at the location.
