Tune hotel is perfect for a good rest in the transition time.
I like the room because:
It is very neat and clean.
It has air conditioner and fan. Some hotels which I have been staying don’t have air conditioner, only fan, which is not enough to keep cool.
Another thing I like is that it has the ventilation system, which keeps the room has cleans air all the time. That is importance for our health. As I had experienced when staying some places where there’s no ventilation. So, when I just opened the door, I could smell the bad air, and I felt hard to breathing for the whole time staying.
The staffs in Tune hotel are very friendly and helpful. They make my time stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

I also would like to show my appreciation to the staffs who keep the whole hotel clean. Because I stayed for four days. So, sometimes I walked around, from the outside to every floor of the hotel, and I saw how hard they worked every day to keep the hotel clean.

Reception guys were fast,
It supposed to be stopover sleep for whole night. Instruction are tricky because is different Tune Hotel Klia which you have to wait by transport ( not often during night). So I spend 45mins. waiting for transport, than other 20-30 mins drive to hotel, check-in, shower and sleep in small room but little bit noisy based on guest coming and going and early morning transfer back. Not the best sleep, plus taxis dont want to take you there !

The staff could not have been nicer.
The room was dirty, the shower was not clean and had just been used before I got there. The room was so tiny that I had to move the bed to get in the bathroom. The location is in the middle of no where. No where to buy food and I was hungry. I got pot noodles in the end. I will never stay there again. The building is like an old communist building in soviet russia

The thing is that I was put not in this hotel but at the hotel located at the airport, Terminal 2. So everything was very close and it was comfortable to get my T1.
This hotel is much better and bigger than Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis which is also nice.

Balcony surrounding poor housekeeping and full of bird droppings on the floors. Look like there is no supervision on housekeeping in place.

Nachts für ein 24 Std. Airporthotel nichts mehr zu essen, außer Bechernudeln. Frühstück unterirdisch in einer Box. Sehr hellhörig von Außengeräuschen, sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Möglichkeit Koffer abzustellen. Man hat entweder die Gardinen im Gesicht oder die Füße schauen aus dem Bett....Shuttleangebot ist eine Täuschung. Dieses geht nicht zum Flughafen, sondern zum Schwesterhotel...von dort aus dann mit dem offiziellen Shuttle weiter....und auch nur alle paar Stunden mal...

Comfortable for a night's stay. Free airport shuttle but at designated times so you have to make sure you book early to get to the terminal although it's in the airport, you cannot walk, you have to take the shuttle.

Cheap small room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Just what we needed for our stopover while waiting for our next flight.
Unclear about how to get shuttle to hotel. Best to ask in advance. We ended up catching a taxi but once at hotel used it to get back to the airport.

wasn't anywhere near airport - so very misleading. there is a TUNE at the airport which we went to and was turned away and the shuttle to the hotel was over an hour wait (it was close to midnight) needed to find and take a taxi. Overall inconvenient.

Room was not clean. Limited breakfast options. Not close to the airport got a 20 minute grab there and then got the shuttle back which goes to their KLIA2 hotel. We were flying from terminal 1 so then had to walk to the airports own shuttle, wait for that and get that. It ended up taking about an hour to get to terminal 1.

Rooms and Facilities excellent
1. Our plane was late and we lost the last shuttle for 5 minutes. Ground Staff had our flight number but did not wait for us. We had to take a taxi for 20 minutes drive
2. We arrrived by taxi, and the Receptionist told us the Tune hotel was fully booked, and they allocated another Tune hotel for us. We waited a shuttle for 20 minutes and then drove another 20 minutes
The Hotel did not communicate to us that we were booked in altenative hotel
3.. At the newly allocated hotel, once reached there the check-in waiting time was over 1 hour.
We finally reached the room 3 hours after landing. Slept only 2 hours for the transit flight.

2 hour wait for free shuttle. As flight delayed and missed the 2.00am shuttle. Grab taxi did not arrive so had to wait 2 hours for 4.00am shuttle bus. 20min drive to hotel staying at, so only 2 hour rest at hotel before returning back to airport.

The room was clean. Towel, bath mat, soap, shampoo and hairdryer were all provided by the hotel.
The Wifi worked really well and there are self-service laundry facilities on site.
All in all the room was fine, but the trip back to KLIA1 took more than an hour. Not what I was expecting from an airport hotel.
